What challenge were you trying to address with Fannit?

I have a background in IT and understand the importance of SEO and advertisement, and I wanted to hire those services for my company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fannit has provided us with SEO services. They’ve optimized the website and built links to reputable sites to improve our ranking. The team has also helped us with Google Ads campaigns. However, since our services are high-dollar promotions, they’ve focused on organic SEO.

I worked with many teammates from Fannit; throughout the first two years, my main point of contact changed around 5–6 times. Then, Fannit assigned Chris (Marketing Strategist) to my project, and he stayed with us. 

How did you come to work with Fannit?

After my previous service provider passed away, one of my advertisers referred me to Fannit because they were local in my area. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $3,000 a month with Fannit. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in July 2019. Although I’ve recently sold my company, their engagement with Fannit is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I wasn't happy with them for the first two years of our engagement because I didn't feel like they understood my company. However, the game changed when Fannit brought Chris along. He had a background in medical spas and used to own one. After we started working with Chris, Fannit became a dream for me — I only regret that we didn't have him for longer. 

In terms of organic search results, Chris moved the needle more than any other teammate from Fannit, which was really important because it saved us money on Google Ads. They were on top of things and very knowledgeable. 

How did Fannit perform from a project management standpoint?

Chris provided monthly reports, which I appreciated because it allowed us to understand what was happening behind the scenes. We also had monthly meetings where Chris would explain things line by line. 

We usually communicated via email and had our monthly meetings over Zoom. Chris was really communicative. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Fannit evolved, which was a good thing — teammates like Chris helped them do that. Chris understood our business because he used to own a medical spa, so he could put himself in that realm and then branch off. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Having teammates with knowledge of the clients' industries would be very positive. Although Fannit didn't always do things to my liking, they were growing at the time I stopped working with them.

This was a referral based on their reputation for SEO. After hearing their strategy and costs, it was a great fit.

After an audit of our website and organic ranking, Fannit put together a well-thought out strategy including high quality link building, keyword ranking, on-page optimization, and GMB optimization. Each month we received reports on our organic keywords and traffic as well as the domains we gained links from with the metrics of those domains.

We worked with a few different SEO strategists and team members. They were all very helpful.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We saw a significant increase in keyword ranking (almost tripled in volume) and resulted in more organic traffic and leads.

They used video reporting and a project management tool called TeamWork that allowed us to see all the deliverables they were working on, the progress, and kept reporting all in the same spot.

Their level of knowledge was impressive, and their flexibility was unmatched.

None - they are a great team.

I initially reached out to Fannit after having a bad experience with another SEO company that I was using for search engine optimization with my company website. After several phone calls and meetings I decided to move forward with Fannit to have them provide me with SEO services including optimizing my website, increasing my presence on google, redesign of company website, and paid per click advertising.

I wanted to increase traffic to my website and other advertising platforms which would result in my potential business to my law firm.

I searched online for SEO companies in my area. The previous company I had worked with was out of state and I wanted a company that I could meet with in person and that was local.

After I decided to more forward with Fannit we had several meetings to discuss what I wanted my online presence to look like, the ideal clients and cases I was looking for. We then tailored a game plan to accomplish those goals.

I have worked directly with the owners of Fannit and well as their support staff, and with several other members of their team who are assigned to my account.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Fannit my website traffic has increased 100%. This has resulted in an increase in income and profits every year I have worked with Fannit.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Fannit is extremely easy to work with. Whenever I have a question or want to schedule an appointment to go over my account I receive an immediate response and will have that meeting withing a few business days depending on our schedules.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I appreciate their level of customer service and response time. In addition they do great work and get results which to be frank is what I really care about.

I am very satisfied with everything Fannit has done for me.

We hired Fannit to take care of our marketing, SEO, Google Business, Google Reviews, and Google Ads.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Fannit handles all of our websites, and they've recently completed a complete redesign for one of our locations. The team also manages all of the Google Business sites for all the locations and does all the updates. They also set up an online booking system for one of our practices. Their work is all related to web and marketing, tracking what’s working and what’s not, launching new products, and launching new programs.

Fannit also does a lot of keyword research, but we also provide insight on that. They’re also responsible for the content on our website and Google Business.

In the past, one of our locations had a GoDaddy-based website, which wasn't a great platform to have, especially when trying to work with Google's algorithms. Therefore, the team completely redeveloped the site from the ground up using WordPress.

What is the team composition?

There are two people from Fannit that I work with the most: Chris, who is our account manager, and Tyler, who has worked with us on the website redesign.

How did you come to work with Fannit?

Chris was already here before me, so I’m not sure how they came to us.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $150,000–$200,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in late 2022, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our most recent successful project has been the Google Reviews campaign. One of our practices went from 30–40 reviews to 105 reviews. Another practice started with 30 reviews and is now at 65. Additionally, the new website was crucial for this particular location, and now, everything is up, including Google Business, traffic, and visits to the site.

How did Fannit perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management has been fantastic. They perfectly align with our vision and are very innovative. Chris always gets the job done. He has a find-a-way attitude, which is great. They've been a great partner overall. They're professional, responsive, and available to help us with our needs.

We do a lot of things through shared documents like Excel and Google Docs. We had to log in to approve content for the website, but I can't remember what it was. We communicate through text, email, phone calls, and standing calls once a month.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Chris has been exceptional. He offers excellent customer service, attentiveness, and attention to detail. Moreover, he has incredible insights into his industry and offers excellent guidance. He has been remarkable overall, and I feel blessed to have him working alongside me for the past seven months. Moreover, the communication with Chris has been seamless. He provides regular updates and follow-up emails and always has excellent ideas. He truly stands out in his field.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They're very customer-centric, which is essential in our industry. The customer service they provide is second to none. I've dealt with a lot of different marketing companies over the years, and they've been remarkable to work with. They're very driven to find solutions and listen to our vision.

I can't think of anything they could improve on.

We hired Fannit to provide Search Engine Optimization to enhance our visibility online in organic search results. Our goal primarily was to increase our visibility among industry competitors in order to attract more customers searching for x-ray protection apparel and products that we manufacture.

We searched online before discovering Fannit and doing some due diligence. After evaluating many options we felt that Fannit could deliver on our objectives based on several factors such as budget, case studies and their communication in explaining the process of achieving our goals with them.

The scope of work included keyword research in regards to industry and competitor analysis, on-site optimizations, developing a backlink strategy as well as content creation for monthly blogs and page content.

We have seen great success on google in ranking on page 1 for several of our targeted keyword objectives all due to Fannit's efforts to enhance our organic search standings.

Fannit's team is always a call or email away and provides a monthly recap where we review and discuss the progress of our outlined initiatives. By using Teamwork's online project management software, progress and deliverables are maintained in one easy to use place. Utilizing this software, Fannit is able to provide monthly reports that are easy to review together on our screen sharing calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their team has been great to work with. The ease of communication and availability builds trust when searching for a company that you can depend on.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think there is always to room to improve and grow. That being said they have always adapted to addressing any issues and concerns and are quick to meet those needs.
