I'm the president of Chop Shop Physiques, a multi-location 24/7 fitness facility in Alberta. We offer group fitness classes, personal training, and related services.

Fairway Inc. reached out to me as a cold lead when they noticed I had designed my own website with a low-budget website tool. They thought they could help improve it. We chose Fairway Inc. because they were knowledgeable, informative, and not too pushy.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2017, and I still work with Fairway Inc. monthly to assist with Google conversions and SEO.

Since the website was published in its current format in 2022, we've generated $2.4 million in online sales. According to Stripe reports, the new website accounts for 30% of our total sales.

Fairway Inc. was very responsive and helpful. The team explained everything they were doing in a way I could understand and offered good communication throughout the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The president was available by phone or email and immediately addressed any concerns or questions I had throughout the design phase. James is a full-stack developer who is great at what he does and a great person who cares about his customers.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I think they could have charged more because they offered top-notch service for the price.
