We are referred by our vendors & TIER 1 partners to use their services, due to same service providers, which is easy to rectify the problems and easy to recovery our backups and updates both side.

Our main CTO and couple of Tech Engineers deal with them directly and in directly to get updates by online chat or by emails communications.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We appreciated their best services to our Company in the busy world and COVID 19 situation less staffs involving the telecom industry and software updates with call monitoring without FAS calls.

Very supportive - friendly - our team of staffs very much energetic to work with them ful heavy loads by easy way and quick responses if any fault or complains raise our vendors or clients. So we are completely satisfied with their good staff and services.

More saving Time - More quick response to sort out minor or major issues in the IT world..

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They have their own system and drafts by using easy communications - sorting out issues - multiple time checking and monitoring the problems by keep sending updates and quick response.

I’m the owner of an online store called The Vilvam and we sell Indian-based wear such as Sarees. We ship our products to both Canada and the US.

What challenge were you trying to address with EzyCode?

We needed someone to develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

EzyCode built and developed my website using Shopify. They designed the website based on my requirements and later on, managed our Instagram page and social media posts.

What is the team composition?

I worked with four people who designed and developed everything, but I mainly talked with one person, Hariprashanth (Managing Director).

How did you come to work with EzyCode?

I looked around for companies based in Sri Lanka and I felt comfortable with EzyCode’s people and competitive pricing.

How much have you invested with them?

I spent $2,500 on the system and website.

What is the status of this engagement?

It took them three months to build everything, so we worked together from December 2018–March 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

I have a lot of businesses, so I don’t really have enough time to update my social media. EzyCode helped me with social media updates and made themselves available to respond to my customers on Instagram. They made the orders on behalf of the customers on Shopify and I would get notifications when the items have shipped.

EzyCode basically did everything and they’ve been really helpful. Additionally, they were able to reach my target audience and we haven’t experienced any bugs or crashes on my website.

How did EzyCode perform from a project management standpoint?

One thing I look forward to from a company like EzyCode is their timing and delivery. They were able to deliver on their promises on time, and they were really easy for me to reach. We typically communicated through Zoom.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Personally, we were impressed by how much they can understand my business, and their connection to our shared culture.

Are there any areas they could improve?

When I was looking for a company to do the development of my website, I couldn’t easily find EzyCode. They could improve on their marketing because it took me some time to find them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

EzyCode is made up of people who are very reasonable, friendly, and easy to work with, so it’ll be easy for you to get comfortable with them. I sometimes went to them for the small stuff, and even though it’s not their responsibility, they will still do the task, because that’s how much they cared about our company.

I’m also very confident in their level of customer service, so I highly recommend EzyCode to other companies looking for development.

We got a system built to manage all our customers, vehicles, bills, spare parts, etc.We got the system in 5 versions. Final version of it had the fullest features we expected and it was completely the best user-friendly system.
