We worked with Exore LTD to develop the infrastructure and front end application for our innovation AI application project. The Exore team was responsible for:

1. create Figma prototype design for the application landing page and the entire web app 
2. build up the backend repository in bitbucket 
3. integrate our python algorithm into the backend 
4. develop the UX and UI 
5. test and launch the web application

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The web application was launched on time with all of our reequipments met. The Exore team communicates with us on daily basis with very fast response rate.

We needed Exore LTD to develop a web app in order to expand our company and move away from manual processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Exore LTD has developed our web app from scratch using React, Laravel, and MySQL. We sent them the designs that we created in Figma and together we created a 17-page document based on the Figma screens. The app makes it possible for clients to book a babysitter and pay online. We had to pause on the MVP but are starting back up again and will add more features.

We have to finish the MVP before I can share any metrics.

They gave us a price at the beginning for the features we had in our Figma screens. After 3-4 months, they said it was more complex than estimated. We agreed upon doing fewer features in order to stay within our budget. They’re a small company and can’t always react as quickly as we’d like.

I’m impressed by Exore LTD’s quality of work for the price. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

In the beginning, Yury was my point of contact and it was good but Vladimir’s communication isn’t as good.

You can trust Exore LTD. You can communicate well with them. Yury will understand what you want. If your project isn’t too complex, they’re a perfect company.

Our goals have been fully achieved! As a result, we got a ready site. Effectively customized ads. Quality SEO product. We increased the amount of equipment leased by 2.5 times.

The strength of the Exore LTD team in the implementation of the project was a plan that was thoroughly worked out and adapted to our requests, which was 100% implemented. What distinguishes them from others is the use of the most modern technologies and knowledge, as well as a flexible approach to every aspect and nuance.

Exore bid for a work we posted on an online marketplace. We selected after reviewing 7 other vendors. The key deciding factors previous experience of developing Wordpress sites, quality of demo work, speed of development and easy of interaction. Our technical and management team was involved in the selection process.

Exore LTD deployed the solution well ahead of the planned time, thus reducing the developing costs. In addition, their solution has helped our non technical teams manage our website easily.

Project Management was impressive. We had a clear workplan and the delivery was as per the workplan. There were no delays in the project.

They were always available to help. They worked well with our developers and successfully completed the project.

There are not that many areas that they can improve on. If I am to be picky one areas they can improve on is documentation.

We didn’t have a website, so we worked with Exore to create it.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The process started with an informative interview in which we provided them with a lot of information about what kind of business we were trying to be, what people we were trying to attract, and other things we were envisioning.

From there, they designed and built everything from the ground up. As part of that process, they taught us how to change information and images ourselves without needing to reach out to them. They helped us with our initial rollout, as well as a refresh a little while later when we were ready to actually start using the product.

Our team worked with two people on their team. One was the frontend developer and the other was a project manager, both of whom we interacted with throughout the process.

I searched the internet for developers near us, and they had a really impressive website, so we decided to reach out to them.

The total cost was around 1,300 Belarusian Rubles (approximately $600 USD).

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We are getting a good number of visitors to our website, which is exciting because we are a relatively new organization. Our industry is a relatively small one, so most often, we use our website to provide information to people who ask us about what we do. In that regard, the project was very successful because we love how it looks and are able to use it exactly how we wanted to.

How did Exore LTD perform from a project management standpoint?

They delivered the final product very quickly, so there wasn’t a lot to be managed, but even then, they were always good about communicating and responding quickly to all of our questions and requests, even when we contacted them after work hours.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their team consistently went above what was determined in their contract, including sharing some marketing tips for us to use down the line. That willingness to do whatever was needed in order to get the job done well and ahead of time, combined with their communication skills, really set them apart from the competition.

No, I don’t have anything I think they need to do better.

We needed a web application in which I could upload my data spreadsheets to. These spreadsheets would be transformed into an interactive database with tools such as filtering (custom) and sorting (custom) but also some complex data calculations based on the user such as a sophisticated match percentage based off user-set settings and geographic mapping. 
The admin would need to be able to set certain permissions to show different tiers of data and tools. I also requested some front-end features such as profile views with more user-friendly tools for cycling through views or "watchlisting" data.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• 100% user satisfaction: every single customer of ours using this loves it. It absolutely does what we wanted and without issues. 
• 100% admin satisfaction: our employees find updating the data and managing users to be infinitely more improved. 
• new customers: within the first month of its release, we have gotten six new clients who specifically reference the new look and features of the application as a reason for their purchase of our service

I was a demanding client. They kept everything incredibly organized and always stayed on schedule. I was always adding in new things, and they made sure that the changes were made while also keeping me aware of the effects on the overall schedule. I never had to worry about anything.

Their adaptiveness and overall skill. I truly believe there is nothing I could ask them that they could not create. And, their attitude of always being ready to fluidly change the direction or feature made my life so easy. I pretty much just had to think of what I wanted, and they made it happen.

It truly is hard for me to think of anything that they could have done better. In the spirit of trying to help them, I can say one thing on my end that was tricky at the beginning was getting used to all of this project management software like slack or Asana. 
That really isn't in their scope as developers, but I think I could have been a more effective client at the beginning if I understood the threads, where to navigate to files, etc. out of the gate. And let me confirm that this was not really a problem at all!
