Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the corporate sales manager at Berlitz, a language company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Whinstone?
We needed a custom CRM developed as well as a redesign of our website. We had a lot of leads coming into our call center but had no way to save them—we needed software.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They developed our CRM with Kordeva, which we use for the record-keeping of all our customers. It’s helped us maintain a record of our leads and analyze where we can do much better.
After being satisfied with the CRM, we had them redesign our website, and they also helped us with SEO.

We were approached by Whinstone, and they gave us a proposal for our project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They help us with the leads for our outbound campaigns. If there are certain numbers we want to enter into the CRM, we provide them, then they respond in four to five hours. It’s very good, and we’ve had no complaints, so we’re happy with them. There’s no reason for us to work with anybody else as Whinstone meets our expectations.
How did Whinstone perform from a project management standpoint?
We use mostly email. If I need them immediately, I call them and they’re very prompt.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They helped us with the call center, taking 15 years of records and sorting them out. That was remarkable—we’re now able to see every call that lands into our system through the CRM. We know who has called, how many times they have called us before, how many times we have called them, and how many times they have visited our center. We trust the system and can rely on Whinstone.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I can't name anything.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
We’re extremely happy with the services they’ve provided; we’d like them to have more clients globally and locally.
