The Client came to us after a bad experience with another marketing agency, and was not content with the results previously achieved.
We did an audit of their accounts on a global scale for the Spanish and Latin American markets and defined a strategy for lead capture (SEM), optimising the budget available and making use of the ideal Ad formats for the desired user target.

The client contacted us with a Google Ads account managed by an agency that they suspected could achieve better results at a very critical time, affected by the COVID pandemic.
We inherited the account with a CPL (Cost per Lead) of up to 800 euros, a high but credible CPL within the industry. We started an audit of the Google Ads strategy where we identified configuration errors, segmentation problems, problematic bidding strategies and budget leakage points.
Our goal was to maximize the client's budget and get as many qualified leads as possible by reducing the CPL as much as possible. We managed to lower the cost per lead by up to 10 times in the first quarter, ensuring daily recurring lead generation for the business. We had a very high Cost per Lead and wanted to reduce our costs. We started with Google Ads with EMC and they managed to reduce our CPL costs significantly. We then hired them for our SEO and Content Marketing, and they have also succeeded in these areas. We wanted to increase our volume of leads and reduce the Cost per Lead. Our target was to improve our performance across both Paid Ads and SEO, and to find an agency with expertise to help us redesign our funnel.

They also devised a content marketing strategy to make our Blog more relevant. The SEO services they then provided were comprehensive and detailed.

EMC have assigned a Project Manager to manage the relationship between our Marketing team and the User Acquisition experts within EMC. This is our point of contact. They also use Google Data Studio for reporting with clients and Slack to interact with us.

They actually reduced the CPL by 300%, and we were pretty shocked at how their knowledge of Google Ads was able to achieve these results. Our Conversion rate also increased by 22% once they applied a new funnel. When they did our SEO audit, they pointed out all the problems in the ranking and worked with our marketing team to deliver a stronger result.

We set the standard high in terms of the number of leads we wanted because we are adopting quite an ambitious approach to growth, and wanted to grow to a team of 20 salespeople in our first year. We were also very happy with the outcome of our website. From a design perspective, it's what we hoped for and attracts a lot of visitors.

The team was there to answer technical questions whenever we wanted to improve the feedback loop between our sales team and their marketing work. They also gave guidance to our social media manager, which was helpful to get him posting more relevant content. All communication was fluid through channels like Slack and Google Meets. Their know-how is impressive. It was rarely the case that they weren't able to answer a question that we put to them. They were proactive when implementing new marketing strategies. They committed to our project and delivered results. A lot of their estimations about lead generation capacity also turned out to be accurate, so analytically we would rate them highly.

We work with a project manager of the team who acts as a link between the SEO manager, the SEM manager and the Web Analytics manager.

Between April and May 2021 our sales have doubled.
