Still early days but search impressions and organic traffic are trending upwards. Have 37 new keywords ranking on page 1, including several high-intent commercial terms. Bounce rate has decreased by 18% and average session duration improved by 24%. Technical health score improved from 68 to 94 on Ahrefs.

We hired Exalt Growth to help us take our organic strategy to the next level. We had three main priorities: to implement a Product-Led SEO framework, scale our organic growth through SEO, and improve our website’s conversion rate.

From the start, Exalt Growth brought clarity and strategic depth. They began with a comprehensive onboarding and audit, aligning their strategy tightly with our GTM model, product features, and customer personas.

Scope of Work:

Product-Led SEO Strategy:
They mapped our product’s core value props, use cases, and integrations to long-tail, high-intent search queries. From there, they developed solutions, use cases, and integration landing pages with actual product functionality. They also introduced programmatic templates to scale these across industries and features.

CRO:
They ran a full audit of our landing pages and conversion flows. Then, they optimized CTAs, built tailored product-led onboarding flows into content, and guided our internal dev team in redesigning high-traffic pages based on user behavior data. They tracked impact down to trials, signups, and SQLs.

project management was proactive, structured, and responsive. They delivered milestones on time and communicated clearly through Notion, Slack, and fortnightly stand-ups. They adapted quickly to shifting priorities and consistently aligned with our internal team, making collaboration seamless.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about Exalt Growth was their deep understanding of how growth works inside SaaS companies. They understood product positioning, user acquisition, activation metrics, and how SEO ties into GTM. Their ability to blend technical SEO, product-led content, and CRO into one unified growth engine sets them apart from any agency we’ve worked with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Exalt Growth could have done differently?

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be offering more packaged training resources or internal documentation for our team. While their communication was excellent and they guided us throughout, having enablement materials like onboarding playbooks or walkthroughs for scaling programmatic workflows would have helped us move even faster. That said, they were always available to answer questions and support us directly when needed.
