My name is Velichka Zhekova , my position is attorney at law.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Evropa Konsult?

We have long tried to find suitable candidates for positions junior attorney at law and legal advisor without success. Our company does not have an in-house HR or recruitment depatment, so we've looked for the services of a specialized recruiting agency.

What were your goals for this engagement?

It was difficult for us to select the right candidates with the right professional skills and personal qualities. We were not just looking for employees but for people who fit into our team's work dynamics.

How did you select this vendor?

Our manager put me in charge to do online search and find local recruitment agency support with good reviews and competitive prices and conditions. After do inquiries to several recruitment agencies, we picked Evropa Konsult services as an optimal choice.

Describe the engagement in detail.

First, i sent to them a detail job description and most important requirement was having university degree in law and licence that allowed the to practise as an attorney at law. Then second part of thei services was to do search and selection based on these cretiries. Second part on their servisec were conducting job interwie and making sure that all of the selected cadidate meet the reqierment with we demend, also they did consult the candidates about our history as a law office offered salary for the position and the social benefits pacage.

What was the team composition?

I worked directly with their recruitment specialist. We discussed the selected candidates and invited the approved for an interview with me and my manager. The communication was very fast and efficient.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We filled the positions very quickly. We found the appropriate people right away and there was no need for a second search. The recruitment agency sends us qualitative candidates that we want to meet. This saved us a lot of time. Europe Consult has managed to find the right candidates with profiles that fit perfectly into our team.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

After presenting our requirements to the candidates and explaining the essence of our work, we did not need any more meetings. We contacted directly with the Evropa Konsult recruitment specialist, mainly by email. We received e-mail responses very quickly. Organized and scheduled meetings with candidates in a comfortable time for us. They gave feedback to the candidates. It was a pleasure to work with professionals like them.

What did you find most impressive about this vendor?

The most immpresive to me was their pool of potential candidates wich was with a lot of contacts with people who are meeting the requirment. Also impressive was their recruitment software whrer you do simple search with few clicks to find candidates baset on certain criteria.On the first meeting, along with my manager they did quick sample of how they work step by step.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I am grateful for their efforts and professional attitude towards every requirement.They may improve the marketing ot their services because when I did the research of local agencys they was not easy to find.
