Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?
Since the beginning of our engagement, EvoTalents worked with 36 positions for Wix. Overall, we hired 18 candidates. Almost all of them continue working nowadays.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Along the process, we were constantly in touch discussing priorities and challenges. The team is open towards feedback and is ready to work to make the process the most efficient for both parties. EvoTalents also share a lot of statistics and weekly reports to visualize the process.
What did you find most impressive about this vendor?
It was important for us to find a partner in recruitment, for whom it is important to get to know the company better, its culture and expectations - both from a technical and personal perspective. I appreciate how EvoTalents are also engaged in finding not just any candidate to close the position but really find the best fit and provide a good candidate experience. You can also tell the team is constantly growing by learning, running its own sourcing school, and sharing knowledge with the community.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Sometimes the communication plan of recruiters who approach candidates needed more alignment, although after the feedback session we managed to improve the situation.
