Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a Podiatrist with a practice in Orange County, California and the co-star of the hit TLC TV series "My Feet Are Killing Me".

I first met Kevin as my private practice began to grow and I was beginning to embark upon a huge new television adventure. I was struggling to keep up with the current demands of my daily practice and I was in no way prepared for what was to come.

Everzocial turned out to not only help with creating and organizing my practice website, elevating my practice visibility with SEO services and making it easier for patients appointments, but I was also able to make a smooth introduction into the TV realm with a personal brand website that Everzocial created for me.

We met with several web design firms but Kevin and Everzocial stood out with their knowledge of Podiatry and personal brand development.

They invested a lot of time researching my expertise as a surgeon and identifying the best way to get my website to be visible on Google. They also helped me with my messaging and social media.

I have never been through the process of creating a website. Everzocial met with me and my team to identify my goals for my practice site and also for my personal TV brand page. They helped educate me every step of the way on the process and content strategies.

Their team is very professional, communicating throughout the project and presenting me with mockups, designs, content, and working with my EMR software to integrate their scheduling software into my website which saves my staff several steps in filling my schedule.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were several people involved in my project. Kevin help my hand through the process, his project manager communicated the progress and interfaced with my staff.

We had a content specialist who helped research and create the content for the website. We worked with an SEO specialist and the website developers worked on the website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching my practice website I saw a 100% increase of traffic, which resulted in a 30% increase in inquiries for bunion surgeries and other related surgeries, which was my desire to get more of these type of inquiries. I have been able to add several specialized procedures.

Kevin and his team offer a very personalized service. I am focused on being a doctor and Everzocial understood my desire for a partner that could think for me when it came to the marketing. They are always bringing new marketing ideas to me to help my practice grow.

They are very proactive in their communication style and know how to not overwhelm me with the details. Their reporting is excellent and simple enough that I understand the insights and analytics.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am so impressed with their knowledge of the field of Podiatry and the procedures, conditions and making it understandable by my patients. I get many compliments on my website from my patients and my peers. They are not just a marketing company, they are part of my team, helping me achieve the goals I have set for myself.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

If there have been any issues, they have been quick to respond, adjust and make the changes to achieve the goals.
