They’ve really optimized the process and the percentage of qualified leads has increased. We’ve seen at least a 50% drop in cost per conversion, which is huge. As cost per click services inflate their prices, we’re honing in on a more qualified audience. Our client is very pleased with the numbers.
How did Everett Andrew Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re excellent. Mark’s communication skills are off the charts. He is friendly, always positive, and never defensive. Most of our communication is through email, and rarely by phone. Out of all the vendors I deal with, he is the most upfront. He hides nothing and is always ready to answer questions.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Once, when a client was worried about a high bounce rate on a landing page, Mark provided a little movie with answers to the client’s questions. He showed the positive number of calls and responses around that particular page, proving that there was enough information for a client to stop there and make a call. His transparency lets us diffuse challenging situations like that.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No. Other teams start to go away from the principal as they grow. Mark checks in regularly with status reports for the client. He brings his team members in and lets them contribute. They can explain what is happening behind the scenes.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions, even basic ones. They’ll take time to explain things and shepherd you through the process without making you feel unintelligent.
