Here's an overview of the components and key deliverables: 

• VR-Ecommerce Platform Creation: the work included creating an AR platform where users could view a list of clothes and detailed information about each item. We implemented search filters to help users find items easily. The platform also included a cart feature that allowed customers to add and purchase items seamlessly. The icing on the cake was an AR fitting room for customers to virtually try on items. 
• NFT Marketplace Creation: We built an NFT marketplace where users could view and scrutinize NFTs. They were able to filter, search, mint, list, and buy NFTs, thereby offering a complete experience of owning and trading digital assets. 
• Digital Wallet: The scope included a digital wallet that enabled users to create or import an existing wallet. It had a robust KYC verification process and 2FA for enhanced security. Users could view a list of their assets, transactions, and details. They were able to buy/send tokens, withdraw/deposit fiat, and import tokens. Additionally, they could send tokens using their contact list, adding a social aspect to it. 
• Digital Rewards System: We incorporated a reward system that listed challenges, their details, and implemented a rewards point system. Users could engage in quizzes and redeem their points for various rewards. This helped in driving user engagement and retention. 
• Community Section: To foster social interaction, a community section is developing. This hosted a feed and listed different communities along with their details. Users could create posts and engage in social media activities like liking, commenting, mentioning, and sharing content. 
• Admin Panel: Lastly, they designed an intuitive admin panel to manage items, orders, rewards, quizzes, challenges, and NFT featuring. This provided a holistic view and control over the entire platform. 

In conclusion, together with Eventyr we designed an all-inclusive digital experience that combined ecommerce, NFT marketplace, digital wallet, rewards system, and a thriving community - all under one roof. We aimed to build not just a platform, but a digital ecosystem that fostered user engagement, growth, and satisfaction.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Eventyr delivered significant, tangible results. This comprehensive initiative seamlessly integrated various cutting-edge technologies and platforms to redefine user experience in digital realms. 

• Creation of an Augmented Reality (AR) Shopping Experience: We successfully developed an AR-integrated e-commerce platform, which has revolutionized the digital shopping journey. Users can now virtually try on 3D and 2D fashion items, share their selections, and make purchases, all within an immersive digital environment. 
• Development of a Multi-Network Digital Wallet: We have also built a highly secure digital wallet, providing a platform for users to manage and transfer funds, including various cryptocurrencies. The wallet also enables transactions involving commodities like gold and silver, indicating our successful entry into diversified digital finance solutions. 
• Launch of a User-friendly NFT Marketplace: The completion of an NFT marketplace has positioned us at the forefront of digital asset trading. Our platform facilitates easy creation, purchase, and sale of NFTs, confirming our commitment to evolving with the digital landscape.

They were meticulous with their scheduling, ensuring each deliverable was completed and handed over promptly, adhering strictly to the agreed timeline. They were equally effective in terms of budget management, ensuring we stayed within the set financial constraints throughout the project. Our communication was seamless.
We used Slack for our day-to-day interactions, facilitating real-time exchange of ideas, project updates, and feedback. This ensured that all team members stayed informed and on the same page at all times. In addition to this, we also held Zoom meetings several times a week. These sessions were vital in discussing larger project milestones, strategizing for the future, and addressing any concerns in a more personal and interactive setting.

That being said, an area that could potentially be improved is the clarification with the client of the balance between change requests and the original project scope. 
While their project management team is already doing a good job, it could be beneficial to involve the client more deeply in the early stages of scope definition. This could take the form of a comprehensive workshop to help the client better understand the impacts of change requests on the project scope, timelines, and potential risks. By doing so, clients can gain a more informed understanding of how alterations to the initial project scope can impact the overall project timeline and budget. 
This enhanced clarity could further streamline the project workflow, minimize misunderstandings, and ensure both parties are in sync regarding the project's direction and expectations. It's worth emphasizing, however, that this is more of a suggestion for an additional layer of transparency and customer education rather than a critique of their current operations. Eventyr successfully created a VR Room Decoration app designed specifically for Oculus Quest 2. Throughout the development process, they conducted extensive research to ensure optimal graphics quality within the limitations of the Oculus Platform and Unity Engine. Additionally, Eventyr explored the possibility of reusing content from the VR Room Decoration App within the Unity VR App.

The VR Room built by Eventyr supports two graphics quality presets for autonomous and PC-connected modes. Users can engage with objects by utilizing dragging, rotation, and basic physics simulation. Notably, Eventyr made the experience even more captivating by incorporating additional features such as Settings, My Collection, volume control, vibration, tablet, and more, expanding beyond the initial scope.

The scope of work encompassed continuous research and development to attain the desired visual quality and facilitate content reuse. The Technical Artist played a crucial role in determining specific scenes and content for the PoC, basing their decisions on in-depth project research.

Overall, Eventyr's achievement in developing the VR Room Decoration app for Oculus Quest 2 is commendable. The application encompasses a range of features, including free walk mode, graphics quality presets for two modes, objects` interaction, and various enhancements that add excitement for players.

The team demonstrated wonderful progress and success through measurable outcomes such as ongoing improvements in graphics quality, overall app and code quality, enhancement of user experience (UX), and conduction of regular weekly demos for showing off the results.

I was impressed how effective their project management was. Eventyr delivered all items on time and within the scope and budget. We used Slack and Google meet to solve any issues or concerns or to discuss any needs. I was totally satisfied with the whole process. They showed true flexibility and adaptability, swiftly adjusting their strategies to accommodate our evolving requirements while maintaining a delicate balance between change requests and the original project scope.

Their AR/VR experts, together with 3D art designers amazed me the most with their professionalism and openness to share their expertise at the fullest. Furthermore, we had regular meetings via Zoom or Google meet a couple times a week. It was important to discuss the project scope, milestones, setting future goals and strategies. We could hop on a call any time we needed, which was very proactive and efficient each time.

It was easy to discuss any ideas within the team and make instant amendments if needed.Time to time we had video calls to engage more effectively and deeply. Eventyr overcame our initial expectations by providing an excellent management process and showing the high level of VR expertise. There are almost no areas for improvement as everything was more than satisfactory. Our cooperation with Eventyr was awesome and wonderful and positive, as their communication and the outcomes of their work were exceptional. I’m the CTO of Vonder, a hospitality group with buildings across Germany, Dubai, Poland, and the UK. Our goal is to provide hotel-level services to residential apartments and create a community focused on our tenants.

What challenge were you trying to address with Eventyr?

Our booking capabilities were through third-party affiliates, and we wanted to build our own software to handle bookings.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The first thing Eventyr did was create a website to funnel bookings through. Then, they began to develop a mobile application. We’ve provided them with designs on Figma that we’d developed with another company. They’ve conducted an analysis of our business to optimize the design for our users. As part of the app development process, Eventyr integrated third-party software and features that help us compete in the market, like dynamic pricing tools. 

The mobile app has features the members of our community can use. It lists our cleaning and maintenance services and allows users to request their rooms to be cleaned. Users can also communicate with each other and find out about building-specific events and amenities. 

Eventyr has also helped us with our SEO, identifying keywords, like digital nomads and dormitory rent services, for us to utilize. 

What is the team composition?

We’ve primarily been in contact with Oleg (COO & Co-Founder) and the project manager. However, 8–10 team members from Eventyr were involved in the entire project. 

How did you come to work with Eventyr?

We’d worked with another company whose deliverables didn’t work, and they eventually stopped responding to our messages. So, we shifted our business to Eventyr, who we found on Upwork. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested around $1.3 million with Eventyr. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing project with Eventyr began in March 2021, although we first contacted them in January 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Everything we’ve asked Eventyr to do, they’ve delivered on. We’ve begun to rank on the first page for our keywords, which has helped increase our bookings. Also, the direct booking site has removed the need to pay booking commissions to affiliate booking sites. 

We’re now a leader in our space — we’ve had the same level of success as some of the biggest hotels and companies in the industry. We’ve been able to provide hotel services to residents, which no one else does. I’m very satisfied with our partnership with Eventyr — they provide excellent service. 

How did Eventyr perform from a project management standpoint?

They deliver on time and within budget. We use Slack for daily communication but also have Zoom meetings several times a week. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Eventyr is very personal and friendly — they really care about our project. They care about the small details. They’ve identified minor bugs because they’ve worked proactively to see how they can improve the software. Eventyr has done a lot of work to improve their deliverables that we didn’t even think to ask for.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Not all of Eventyr’s services work for us — we often need quick solutions to problems, and they can’t always offer that. For example, we needed a landing page and had to use Webflow because it was easily editable. Eventyr’s solutions are sometimes too big for our marketing purposes. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Hire them! However, if you don’t know exactly what you want from the partnership, invest more in the business analysis portion of the project so Eventyr can help you determine your goals.

Eventyr successfully created a game in a successful genre of word search games. The team created high-quality game mechanics, that were easy to understand with a pleasant to-the-eye game interface. Eventyr found high-quality sounds that created a calm atmosphere in the game. The team conducted continuous research and development to find new ideas for the game. That was much appreciated from our side, as many ideas they suggested were amazing.

The scope of work also included the development of a unique algorithm for generating level difficulty and matching words to specific level topics. Eventually, the team developed a highly successful game that got 100k+ downloads during the 1st month of the global launch. Also, they supported us on a global launch.

Eventyr created a very successful mobile game, that earns money. Word Puzzle Game got 100k+ downloads during the 1st month of the global launch. Word Search has become a huge success in the word game market due to its simple yet addictive gameplay, engaging themes, daily challenges, and fun tools. It has captured the attention of a wide audience, from casual players looking for a fun and relaxing way to pass the time to serious word game enthusiasts looking for a challenging and rewarding experience. With its growing popularity and positive reviews, Word Search is poised to continue its rapid growth in the competitive word game industry.

Our communication with Eventyr was easy and effective. We used Slack for urgent communication and also we had meetings in Google Meet every two weeks to discuss new ideas and current issues. It was very comfortable to work with the team. Sprint reports, meetings were always conducted smoothly and effectively.

The team always came up with new ideas of the game improvement, which was very nice of them. Many ideas were taken into work, as they wre great. They acted more like a partner, rather than a contactor.

The Eventyr team was constantly coming up with ideas of the product improvement and they were so successful at it that at some point they became one of our game's product owners. They always conducted researches of competitors to bring new ideas and to offer something new to improve the game. Our product owner always agreed to try smth new.

They bring ideas, we implement and observe. If there was a profit and everything was ok, we keep these new changes and work on new products so players don't get bored. Eventyr team kept an eye on the quality of the product and updated the content of the game periodically which allowed the game to stay afloat and move up in the top of word games on play market

Are there any areas for improvement or something Eventyr - Member of Sigma Software Group could have done differently?

While I sincerely appreciate Eventyr's ideas and approach, there have been instances where user response to their updates, as reflected in alpha testing feedback, has not been positive. This resulted in temporary dips in our metrics, and at times, we had to revert the updates as per our players' requests. There's always room for improvement in hypothesis generation and testing it. However, it's important to note that overall, we are very satisfied with the successful outcomes achieved.
