The scope of work and main objective for this project was to deliver a SAAS application that will allow the end user to send SMS Campaigns to their customers. Additionally we also needed our website developed and a Woocommerce Plugin that will connect Woocommerce stores with the SAAS application for data sync. As key deliverabiles we had:

• Website Development
• Woocommerce Plugin
• SAAS Platform ( dashboard, register, login, onboarding, credit, campaigns, account, automations, file upload and mapping, API connection with the sms provider, security, system's logic, reports, Supabase connection ( database ) )

• Individual Screens Deliverables:( dashboard, register, login, onboarding, credit, campaigns, account, automations) 
• Backend functionality: file upload and mapping, API connection with the sms provider, security, system's logic, reports, Supabase connection ( database )

Their project management is on point - they use a mix of Harvest + Click up. We work with them on 40h packages which we always receive a Harvest report from when the time is used. In Clickup we see the whole timeline of the project + estimates and resources allocation. Not only they are super organized but they are efficient and pretty flexible when it comes to adjustments.

How to overcome challenges, they find always solutions, their proactive feedback and constant flow of information to improve the platform and their positive attitude towards challenges.

time tracked using Harvest, project management using Click up, setting up Milestones and setting up Stages

They used Clickup for project management. This allowed all the parties involved in the project to have an overall visibility on how everything was tracking. They delivered everything on time with no delays.
