Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner and founder of a health and wellness e-commerce business. We sell essential oils and other natural products.

What challenge were you trying to address with Etios Solutions Inc?

We made our website several times, but it never met our expectations. It was difficult to navigate and the ordering process was buggy. We wanted a developer to help us redesign it.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They completely redesigned our website using WooCommerce. They also helped us create new product packaging and mbranding. They pointed out that the technology we were using was outdated and helped us de-clutter our brand image. Our marketing, analytics, and social media presence are all integrated with the new site, and it’s easy to make changes. The new navigation is user-friendly, and all our marketing is clear.

What is the team composition?

We were assigned a project manager and are in close contact with the owner.

How did you come to work with Etios Solutions Inc?

Over the course of our company’s history, we had five different iterations of the site. None of them worked properly, so we searched for a new company to help us. Etios had good reviews, so I called them and asked to speak with the owner. They gave us a presentation at our office and quickly understood all of our pain points. They explained why our old site wasn’t delivering and made some impressive suggestions, so we hired them.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $10,500 for the website, and now pay them $3,000 per month for maintenance and content creation, and another $3,000 per month for email and social media marketing.

What is the status of this engagement?

I started working with them in February 2017. They completed the website by May 2017, and we switched to an ongoing maintenance and marketing contract.

Within the first year of our new website’s launch, we saw a 300% increase in sales. Those numbers continue to grow. Our customer retention rate is up 40% and our customer acquisition costs have decreased.
