After the shoot, Ethos Media edited the videos, which combined different angles and on-screen text. They provided the finalized videos at the end of the project for us to download.

They were efficient in cleaning up and they shared the files for our internal use.

Our end-user was thrilled with the professional nature of the Ethos Media team and the livestream. They expressed wanted to find room in their budget for this professional atmosphere in upcoming videos.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Having the team on-site was helpful in making the process easier. In the future, I would suggest allotting extra time for setup and practice in front of the camera to make the panelists feel comfortable. Though there were time restrictions that wouldn’t allow that at this shoot, I would like to see that in the future.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their flexibility in timing made for a great result with a reasonable price.
Are there any areas for improvement?
There was confusion around parking due to the equipment needs and the amount of cars, so having a discussion beforehand could have eased these issues. Communication would also have been helpful for those who weren't familiar with the items needed for a streaming process. In the end, we have no big complaints because the product impressed the end-user.
