We were looking to get extra traffic for our apps on play store for which app videos was one of our prime needs we got this solution from Essence Studios & it was all good and quick in terms of our expectation.

This video was to explain the app feature of SHAREall app , where we have show how app works and why any one should download this app, So to start this first we with the Questionnaires then after we finalised the content and the story which we want to put in the video once that was finalised it goes to production which was around one week process. Once production was completed we got our final video, So overall it took around 15 days to complete the whole process

They were bang on target, Best part which I like about them was that we don't have to explain each components in details. So project management was excellent for Essence studio team.

We have seen almost 15-20% jump in our app daily downloads after adding video to play store page.

We hire Essence Studios for a specific task of creating an animation video for one of our client working for rural women. The project was to educate newly married rural women about using and selecting contraceptive options to give birth of their child as per their chioice and time.

This was an ineteative from the govt of Rajasthan depart of health. Every public health centre (PHC) is having this facility but due to very low awarness amoung the local people and social status of the rural women they are not using it properly.

This Video was wonderfull and has described each and every thing about this project in local language HINDI.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal is to spread awarness amoung the rural women about the facility provided by the Public Health Department of Rajasthan.

They had a higher level of common sense, which made this project a joyful experience for me and my team.

1. We have selected Essence Studio for the project.
2. Transferred advance as agreed
3. Provide them verbal and writeen brief about the project.
4. They provide us RAW script of the project scene by scene
5. We check it and find it some langthy so we sit discuss on phone and cut down to 3 minutes after some alterations
6. They shared RAW voice over to check and after our confirmation provide us the final voiceover.
7. They shared Characters with us and after finalization of character and voiceover we give them Go ahead for working on animation finally.
8. Got the first cut of the animation in 7 days and after some alteration the final render is on our Desktop...
9. Raised final invoice and we make the payment as agreed. Happy to work with them very professional and truely professional.

Actually we want to work on a fast pace and we have appointed One person to work with them and provide them feedback on a fast pace.

So we select WhatApp for this and this is one of the fastest media on can feedback on a video project and visual project as far as I think. "One-point-of-contact" policy was adopted from both the sides and there is no communication gap ever.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was a success. Everything was well designed and presentable and the target audience was satisfied the video. Our purpose was solved and everything was top class.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Work flow was actually mutually agreed before starting of the project and they have shared a proper workflow with us in the form of flow-chart. This make it clear to me and my team that which part of the job will commence when. Also we all are on the same stage so there is no communication gap and no any differences.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive thing about this organisation was their communication. In this sector, there are always chances that there is a miss in understanding and it hampers the overall project. However, essence studios handled it perfectly and there was no lag in understanding of the project which eventually made the output a flawless one.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Frankly speaking, there is always a room of improvement in everyhting. They can still improve on their animation part in term of smoothness and prevention of jerks. Overall thsis was a good effort from their end.

Initially, the team of Essence Studios spent some time trying to understand our services. We wanted the video to be short, crisp and informative. The team of Essence Studios got a good idea of our business model and prepared a number of storyboard for us to choose from. After we approved the storyboard their scriptwriters prepared the script and the video creation was started shortly. We were kept informed during each stage of production.

We were asked for feedback after each stage of production. After our feedback and making the necessary changes the team moved on to the next stage of production.
