It includes the brand’s foundational strategy and positioning, detailing our manifesto, vision, and core values. These elements articulate the brand's purpose, our goals, and the principles that shape our approach to both internal operations and customer interactions. The brand book also included the brand voice and tone, which define how we communicate across different mediums. To ensure a cohesive character, the brand personality is outlined with specific traits—like being friendly, trustworthy, family oriented—that reflect our unique character.
The brand book also provides content pillars and key messaging themes. These pillars serve as core themes or ideas that guide content creation, allowing for consistent yet adaptable messaging across marketing and communication channels. The key deliverable was a brandbook that included the main aspects of the brand's values, verbal identity, visual identity, sensory profile and examples of materials and branded products.
