We checked few of the vendors, this company was most cost effective and with good track of websites they have made.

The only task was to get the most effective website, and give our clients a complete information.

The objective was to get a website, to communicate about the services we are providing, which was done as communicated by them.

Few of the technology based communication tools were used, which helped us to communicate in a better way, the adopted communication tool, a software used, helped the time to respond on time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They can listen to your problem statement clearly and resolve them to the best of their capabilities.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The multiple options for different packages should be atleast informed off, the perception that client knows everything is wrong, an awareness about different technologies to be used and how the process of handover of website should be well informed, rather than presuming client knows everything

I’m the owner of a software development company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Erginous Technologies?

We needed all kinds of PHP-related work, which could be anything from portal and dashboard creation to inventory systems.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We essentially work with Trello to centralize the requirements and the functional technical specifications. They develop wireframes for projects like a web page for a mobile app, where we’ll have a UI designer, and a front- and backend developer.

They’re one of the people I work with for specific projects, especially for transactional systems.

What is the team composition?

We typically work with about 4–5 team members.

How did you come to work with Erginous Technologies?

I’ve been working with them for six years, but I don’t recall how we got in contact with them — probably through a mutual contact.

How much have you invested with them?

I spend somewhere around $25,000 per project.

What is the status of this engagement?

The partnership started around October 2015, and we’re still working together for mostly maintenance stuff.

If I can rate the quality of their work from 1–5, I’d give them a five.

How did Erginous Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

I work with them my way, so I skype them whenever I need them — but I still accommodate their hours because I’m a nice person like that. I’m a human being too and if I treat you with respect, I expect to get the same level back, and they’re very appreciative of that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The best part about working with them is their communication. They let me know when things aren't going right, so I can resolve them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are always things you can improve on. As you go along, you set the standard and try to gain the ability to adapt. It’s okay to make mistakes, but it’s even better to actually fix the mistake and not charge extra.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice would be to make sure that you have all the requirements that you can review with them. Explain what you need, so they can go ahead and come up with a solution and give you some feedback. That makes the process much smoother when you start developing with them.

How did you select Erginous Technologies and what were the deciding factors?

We got to know about Erginous from Google Search and after speaking to the Rajesh (Very Professional at this work and deliver within the timelines always).

We started with the small project they amazed us with the quality work then we decided to give them the Software development project which they completed within the timeline.

We decided to start the work by creating a POC ( proof of concept ) first so that we can showcase and discuss with our top management in Australia about the blueprint of the project. Erginous was very good in creating a prototype, and we finally decided to award them this long project which is going to be the backbone of the ozstaff automation process.

After finalising POC and high standard designs, we discussed in detail about the project plan for development and testing, for which they provided a marvellous professional document called Project Plan including milestones, dates, testing, delivery, UAT details. We went through each step what all mentioned in the document, and a week on week, month on month project was getting high speed. I would describe about key deliverables

Plan One of the best part that our server cost is minimised based on their excellent coding standard and very less consumption of server resources ( technically based on their SQL optimised queries ) because we have thousands of user's database and security and speed both are very important to be handled, which they did. Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The measurable outcome is our fantastic and robust web portal which is handling almost 5000 hits every day with strong admin panel to allow end-user to log in securely using the web and mobile apps both.

General Feedback out erginous team - they are professional having a thorough knowledge of technologies to deliver the client expectations as desired. No issues faced till date for timezone even our headquarters in Australia and they too enjoyed working with team erginous.

Special thanks to Mr. Rajesh Azad who is Program Manager, never lets us down in any situation till date. Thank you very much and I am really pleased to write this feedback/recommendation on the clutch for erginous.

Project management - should I rate them out of 10 ( 10 being highest ) 9/10 as they always overwhelmed us by professionally managed project using acute standards may it verbal or written.

We discussed many many points during the project making period and every time it was better than before , though there was a nice misunderstanding between us for a module but later it was beautifully resolved with mutual consent.

Communication tools were used - Jira, Skype, Phone calls Timelines - 9/10 - always on time with 1-2 exceptions

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Well this company is impressive about their design and presentation which we liked the most, because in today's online world if you design ( UI ) is not attracting end user, no matter what bomb functionality you have built on the backend, no one bothers.

So I would give 10/10 rating for the impressive designs. And if I have to mention about uniqueness, they always come up with creative suggestions, reducing server cost, free maintenance for 1 year after the project went live and many more which any customer would like to have at any time.

Though their hourly rate is not cheap however we always experienced the value for money paid to them and we are more than happy to continue work with them in future too.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes I would like to recommend some of the points below to ensure the overall improvement for the company:

1. 24 Hours Tech Helpline should be provided to the Customer If any emergency assistance required by the client
2. Project Management CRM should be provided So the client can easily communicate through a web portal (This will help customer to reminded about the Important stuff about the Project)
3. Survey Should be conducted every quarterly to ensure the business is meeting the needs of customer and identify the area for Improvement
4. Responsive time needs to be Improved there should be a minimum time company needs to put as standard to ensure customer get the timely response
5. After Project finish a completion survey needs to be sent to the customer to ask them about the Journey during the Project and area for the Improvement.

Overall I am very much happy with the company communication and Internal operations process but there is always a room for Improvement. I wish them luck and looking forward to working with amazing and Improved team again.

I’m the CEO of a tutoring corporation.

What challenge were you trying to address with Erginous Technologies?

We wanted to build a mobile and web platform that would be utilized to order tutoring services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They were assigned to launch a white-labeled appl that could be used for other purposes down the line to enable our business to scale. The deliverables were a web and backend component of a mobile platform with a separate tutor and student interface. The tutors and students would log into separate apps in order to make this process work. 

It’s built for iOS and Android, so they built a total of four apps during this engagement. Along with the web platform, there are over 100 APIs built into the PHP backend. They were responsible for pretty much the entire platform. The native apps were produced using Swiss and JavaScript. We’re currently using a MySQL database.

What is the team composition?

My initial point of contact was their principal, but we were passed to a project manager for the vast majority of the development.

How did you come to work with Erginous Technologies?

I initially found them on Upwork. We received hundreds of bids within hours of posting the job. Most of the involved a standard cover letter, and they were the only ones who had clearly looked through the requirements before contacting us. They asked substantive questions and inquired about our work. That’s ultimately why we selected them. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2018, and the project was completed in August 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t launched the product to the public yet, so I don’t have user feedback on the platform. Anecdotally, we’ve received very positive feedback through user testing on the ease of use and UI. People seem to like the features that we included in the product.  

How did Erginous Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

During the engagement, I made two separate trips to India to collaborate with them in-person. As with most development projects, the scope changed. They were very accomodating in that process. We used Basecamp and Trello to communicate. They were willing to utilize methods of communication that I recommended. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I appreciate that they were accomodating and willing to adapt to changes. They were willing to work with others. If there was a feature that didn’t fall within the range of their competencies, they were willing to collaborate with external development teams to get the job done.  

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve a bit on deadlines and deliverables. There’s always room for improvement in those areas.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a clear understanding of the requirements early on. That was helpful in helping the scope of the project and allocate the appropriate resources to various tasks.

Krishna Industries is my family owned company past 30 years and we were looking for website for our industrial products to be listed on web portal, so our international clients have ease to know more about our product line. I have been associated with my industry since my college days.

We hired erginous technologies for design and development of our industrial unit business. Our industry manufactures machines for making electrical cables and wires. We asked erginous technologies that we have goal to showcase our product portfolio on website and we also need official email as well like domain email. Finally we chose domain and closed the deal with erginous technologies for website to be done in 8-10 weeks time. They delivered what they promised and we were satisfy with their approach toward professionalism and final delivery.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected erginous technologies through one of our business network person for whom they have worked and it was like endorsed by the them to us. We had online demo with erginous technologies and they prepared designs to show case us , how website would look like. This all was done even without any advance payment to erginous technologies as they were recommended by some we know closely. We were satisfied with their demonstration and after that we signed contract for building website in 8-10 weeks.

Scope was not complex, we wanted a simple website where our products can be showcased and pages like about us , contact us, form submission and mainly content management was done very smoothly. They walked us about how content management can be done using wordpress admin panel.

We were quite satisfied as we are able control images and content on the website. Project was divided in 3 milestones:

1. Initiation ( advance and scope freeze )
2. Intermediate delivery ( all pages design implementation )
3. Final delivery ( all pages fully functional ) one of the key point we liked the most, they provided us 3 months free support after website was live. Technologies used - wordpress , HTML5, CSS3, AWS

After launching the website, we informed all our clients about website and included domain URL in our social and email signatures too. We saw a huge surge in traffic 3 months after website was live, because erginous team started working on search engine optimization. Our clients are happy to see our online presence and we are getting daily 4-5 quotes on contact us form which is helping us to expand our business globally. This was indeed the best step we took for sales and marketing with minimal cost.

We had initial project discussion with project manager when they showcased us demo and then we started communicating through basecamp ( project management tool by erginous ) where we received twice a week updates and we shared our feedback on basecamp too. Phone calls also worked but basecamp actually helped us to manage communication more effectively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

USP about erginous technologies stands in their commitment toward their work approach and professionalism at a high level. I don't think erginous would ever fail to understand client. They made us feel so comfortable about technology like mobile responsiveness, security like captcha ( we never knew it ), periodic backups, wordpress updates as and when available , backup and many more. I mean they leave no stone unturned and provide us with every bit of information we should know about their website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No one is perfect, so mistakes are easily ignorable when one is ready to accommodate without hesitation to accept. We worked together like a team. However there was main concern about images which were to be provided by us, though taking pictures using smartphone and then cropping them for banner images, thumbnail images was little tricky, I would suggest that we should have such points handy before knowing about project, though we are not pro at clicking pictures in our factory premises, neither is fault of erginous , still we worked together to figured it out and finally it worked.

I am the owner of Full Scale Fitness. We are a mobile personal training and corporate wellness business.

We hired Erginous Technologies for the development of our mobile application and the website development. The goal was to create an app that was a blend between a fitness app and health portal. Their team helped us develop a strategy in creating this and they were wonderful in the process.

We searched for about 2 months before discovering them. We were impressed with their work history and fast response time. They provided insights back to us with details of what they could do and with new ideas to bring to the table. They clearly were professionals and demonstrated this early on.

This is an ongoing project to continue to update and change the apps workflow. Our business is constantly changing and we needed a mobile dev team that could handle this. They are succeeding with each task we provide. Some of the key steps was creating an accounting system that tracked users, sessions redeemed, costs per session and more. We could send mass adjustments to our users or make individual changes found within their own login.

We have worked with 4 individuals. Two of which were early in the designing process and since then we have had the other two working with us closely on the constant updates and further developments of the app.

Our app was successfully launched after 6 months and we have transitioned over 150 clients from pen and paper to using the mobile app. This has now saved us an excessive amount of accounting and allowed for us to progress our business in new ways we didn't realize were possible.

The project manager has been easily accessible via upwork messages and through text message. This has allows us to stay in contact while not worrying about the usual workday schedule.

They took our loose idea and solidified it into a legitimate product. They reviewed our business colors, culture and social media pages to grasp who we were so it flowed into the app development.

Website has been operational and functional since 2016. Periodic maintenance has been performed, keeping the website functional & updated with the latest plugin versions and theme version.
