We had several meetings to discuss the scope of the project based on the requirements and wireframes provided by us. Eqaim created a template for the app to use for a showcase and after it has been approved they continued with the app development which started with iOS and followed by Android. The team worked closely with us and there was regular update from them. The mobile application was launched according to the planning and the work continued for the rest of the functionalities.

We have launched the App and it is being used by our customers. The development is still ongoing for new functionalities which require a lot of work and a good collaboration between the teams.

The scope of the InstaCoach website development project encompasses a comprehensive, user-friendly, and scalable online platform that will function as a bridge between individuals seeking coaching and qualified coaches in diverse fields. The scope includes design, development, testing, and deployment phases, with the ultimate objective of delivering a fully-functional, responsive, and interactive web portal. Key deliverables include:

• Requirements Analysis & Documentation: Detailed understanding of business requirements, user needs, and market trends. This will result in comprehensive documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and system requirements.
• Design Phase: This includes wireframing, prototyping, and finalizing the User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design. We'll complete new designs for both web and mobile interfaces in Figma, providing a seamless and intuitive user experience across devices.
• Development Phase: This involves front-end and back-end development according to the approved designs and documented requirements. This phase will also encompass setting up engineering processes (branching strategy, CI/CD pipelines, devops) and project management processes (agile methodology with bi-weekly sprint, JIRA setup, prioritization).
• Testing Phase: Rigorous testing will be performed, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and acceptance testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the platform.
• Deployment: The new InstaCoach website will be launched with minimum viable product (MVP) features, setting the baseline for further iterative enhancements. Key features to be included in the MVP will be user registration & login, landing page, "Become a Coach" page, and a booking system for coaching sessions.
• Maintenance and Iterative Development: Post-deployment, we will enter into an iterative process of feedback, enhancement, and continuous deployment. This will include the development and implementation of additional features like user/coach profile screens, reservation system, feedback & ratings, notification system, and integrations with platforms like Amplitude and Podium.
• Training and Support: We will provide necessary training to the in-house team to manage and update the website. This also includes providing post-launch support and maintenance to ensure the platform runs smoothly and continuously improves.

We went back and forth with design specifications to convey our company’s message to the customers. Once we were satisfied with the design, the team at Eqaim delivered the final product within the given period.

It was an entirely new site with a new font, new graphics, new layouts etc. It was user-friendly as well as attractive to the customers. Customers can now open our website on different devices without any difficulties. Eqaim also provided us with specific information that they can connect our customers to our Instagram page. Our Instagram page has gone up in views, and more people have engaged with us since the site was updated.
