Tara level of strategic and tactical output in the amount of time it takes her to do it is unparalleled. I've told her that I feel like she has a team of employees working for her but she's simply great at what she does. Whether it's high level brand strategy to executing tactical and promotional plans, Tara can distill complex challenges down to understandable and achievable tasks that anyone (often time her) can manage easily towards.

I've met her at my previous company, brought her in at my current company and can see working with her in some capacity for decades to come!
