By chance we came across this company last year and meanwhile we also know from other sources that this company tries very hard to implement requirements. This succeeded. Special solutions are individual requirements and chance played us this company after research in the www. In the hand.

The goal was clearly defined from the beginning, the cooperation was structured and we were informed about every step, the basis for creating the calculator was Wordpress.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Sales have increased significantly (approx. 45-49%) since using the new calculator. We were more than satisfied with the services they provided.

The course of the new project was always on schedule, communication took place via Skype and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Communication took place in a specially created working group, so only one team was responsible at a time and processing was quick.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The quality of the work submitted was 1A, we don't know what could be improved except for the translation tools.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The webpage was completed either in May or June, but they assist with the articles each month. The quality was quite high, and the attention to detail was quite good.

What I liked was that the modifications were made very quickly and that their software development team was always available on Skype.

How did Eplanet Soft perform from a project management standpoint?

We didn’t have hard deadlines, but we wanted the site to be done in less than two months. The team finished in that timeframe. Since they were available daily for modifications, it sped up the project considerably. They were regularly available on Skype.

What did you find most impressive about them?

My favorite part of working with Eplanet Soft was the good communication. I highly recommend them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I wouldn’t say so.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

It’s best that you understand the design you’re looking for rather than asking them to come up with it themselves. This worked out well with us. I would also say to communicate by Skype or email.

We were looking for app development. We had a technical understanding of what needed, and we needed a reliable company to provide us with solid coding and quality work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Their team provides development services for a mobile and web applications. This also includes project management. They’re also working on my website development and optimization.

The mobile app is for iOS and Android. They also work on feature enhancement and maintenance. Their team used React Native, PostgreSQL, AWS, Amazon S3 storage, and Laravel for different aspects of development.

It’s a business to business application around fleet management. It includes secure log-in, geo-time stamping, location data, APIs, data transferring between parties, dashboard development, and reporting analytics support for the users.

For the website, we provided the creative direction, but they built the site using WordPress. They’re responsible for the on-page optimization, pages, features, and interactive dialog boxes. We plan on integrating online chat and HubSpot.

I believe it’s about five people.

We started them with a small WordPress project. We liked their approach for two reasons. They communicated plainly and they also listened. Their team was truly responsive to what we asked, and then they took ownership of the job. They wanted to help find the best solution.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Eplanet Soft has become a critical part of my team. I’m extremely happy with the quality of work. The app is live, and they’re helping to maintain. It has a 99.9% uptime, which we’re pleased about.

They’re responsive to any changes or revisions. Their team thinks through problems and comes up with various solutions that we can decide on. It’s become a true partnership.

How did Eplanet Soft perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re doing an excellent job. One of the biggest challenges working with an outsourced organization is communication because of the time zone difference. Their senior executives are very responsive. They communicate clearly through phone calls and emails. They’re also very adaptive, following our processes for organizing documentation, GitHub repositories, and software code backups. We also use Trello.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Reliability is key. I’ve done outsourcing work in the past with other companies. One challenge is that if you rely on one person that gets pulled to another project or something, everything gets diluted.

What I’ve liked about Eplanet Soft is that I don’t have to worry. They get the job done, bringing more people on if the workload expands. They can flex up and down along with me, which is an important factor for me.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, the pandemic has been tough for everyone. But I think overall, I don’t think they can do anything different besides adding more and more people to the team.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be clear in your expectations upfront. Make sure both parties are clear on what defines success. It’s easier to say I’m going to find the cheapest bid, but the reliability and trustworthiness make the cost worth it to me.
