Some communication updates were highly technical. Providing more non-technical reporting or visual summaries could help our non-IT team members follow along more easily. The first iteration of the customer mobile UI had slightly more clicks than ideal. A stronger focus on UX optimization in the earliest version could have saved a round of adjustments. For staff onboarding, more structured training material, such as step-by-step videos or guided walkthroughs, would have made knowledge transfer even faster. While the response time for feature changes was excellent, a more formal change-request tracking document with priorities and timestamps would help maintain visibility across all departments.
