BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

We are a small Polish distributor of Korean cosmetics. As a Marketing Manager, I am responsible for all marketing activities of the company and brands from portfolio. I run 360 degrees marketing - socila media, digital, marketing automation.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Epic Dreams?

We were looking for a partner / marketing agency to outsource digital marketing espacially social media and all creative projects (like packages projects).

What were your goals for this project?

We want to increase sales as well as strengthen the company's image as an expert on Korean cosmetics.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

I knew the agency from the previous company, where it was selected on the basis of briefing. I was very pleased with the services, so I decided to work with them also in the new workplace.

Describe the scope of their work in detail.

In the case of Facebook and Instagram, we had a series of teleconferences about our primary and secondary goals. On this basis, we define a short and long-term plans. We are working on a calendar and schedule of activities. In the case of packaging projects and advertisements, we work on a brief with a appointed deadline.

What was the team composition?

I'm working closely with the principles, and one more person.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As per our assumptions, we've improved the quality of posts on Facebook and Instagram. We've increased the number of followers and user engagement. Sales in the e-commerce are also growing in line with the assumptions.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Cooperation with the agency is pure pleasure. We get everything on time, we can understand each other without words. They don't need big briefs to know how to work together.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I worked with the agency in very different industries and I can count on help every time. It is important for me that I can always count on advice, high creativity, and not imitation.

Are there any areas for improvement?

You can always improve something, for example work time. At the end the most important is quality of the product and interesting projects. And this is always in place!
