We hired Envy Design Co. to replatform and rebuild our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Envy Design Co. custom-designed and developed our website. The team built 25+ pages, sourced images, helped generate content, and designed custom module blocks for us to use throughout the site. Envy Design Co. also set up SEO and guided us through hosting. The team met with us to train us on the WordPress CMS.

It's too early to tell the results, but our team loves the new site. We've gotten lots of positive feedback on the look and feel, as well as pages that never existed before on the old site.

Envy Design Co. delivered ahead of schedule. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Envy Design Co. was really good at explaining why they did what they did and presenting various concepts for the things we were building. Michael and Natasha were amazing partners in building this site. They did a great job integrating all of our feedback and making suggestions on things we didn't know about.

Envy Design built a unified site with intuitive navigation and a cleaner user journey, but also improved the backend functionality to make day-to-day management significantly easier for our marketing team. Updates that once required developer support can now be completed directly through the front end, saving time and resources.

In addition, they successfully implemented several critical API integrations that reduced redundancy and eliminated many of the manual processes that previously slowed down the workflow.

Beyond their technical expertise, what truly stood out was how personally invested the team was in our success. They took the time to understand our business priorities and consistently aligned their work to meet those objectives, going above and beyond to deliver a site that reflects who we are and where we’re headed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Envy Design Co. could have done differently?

Every website design project offers areas of learning and improvement, and ours was no exception. If we were to do it again, I believe the team would have spent additional time educating their developers on some of the nuances within our business, but ultimately, there is no major issue that would have dramatically changed the positive outcome from this project. We would happily engage Envy Design again and plan to for future projects.

Envy Design Co. delivered on their promise and completed the project with all the elements we were seeking. The website and new brand elements incorporated our key brand pillars: local, trustworthy, reliable, and knowledgeable. After the websites were launched, leads continued to come in.

Envy Design Co.'s project management was superb. The team delivered on their SOW and was extremely responsive to our needs. We had a weekly 30-minute huddle to go over project progress, deliverables, and any outstanding items. The team delivered on time and responded well to our needs. We communicated via email, Zoom, and phone calls.

When we encountered rendering issues on small laptop screens and Microsoft Edge, Envy Design Co. worked with their developer and engaged other expert partners to resolve them.
