We needed someone to design and develop our website and apps.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We hired Enterprise Web Cloud Inc for all phases of our website and mobile app design and development. The mobile apps are built for iOS and Android, and are launching soon — we’re in the pilot phase now. The website is already launched. We created all the requirements in discussion with them. 

Also, the team is starting our digital marketing campaigns now. They just did a trial for Google Ads for a few days, but now we are planning more concrete strategies.

What is the team composition?

There are 2-3 people I work with. I work with one of their designers and a marketing specialist.

Enterprise Web Cloud Inc. was referred to us by someone who was working with them. We got a quote from a couple of other companies but their quote and services were best. We were able to get design, development, and digital marketing from one company.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $30,000-$35,000 for the website and mobile apps. For the marketing, we are expecting between $5,000-$7,000 per month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2019 and the work is ongoing.

We’re very satisfied. Their development is top quality. There were changes we asked for with certain new features and they did well in implementing them.

Enterprise Web Cloud Inc.’s project management is excellent. They’ve delivered on time and they manage things well. We stay in touch with phone calls, and we’re also on their Slack channel.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They finalized our branding when we were working with their team. I’m very hopeful that the results will be there.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There’s nothing I’d have them improve right now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You can ask anything, but you need to be patient. Let them finish their analysis. Initially, we were running too quickly and they were suggesting something else. We went ahead with what we wanted and then realized they were right and that set us back a bit. Listen to them. Once they complete a requirement analysis report, then move ahead.

I’m the director of a skill-oriented, privately-held, career training college that provides students the opportunity to learn a wide range of skills, preparing them for a career in healthcare, management, or technology. In 2017, we moved to a brand-new campus with state-of-the-art infrastructure.

We hired them to develop a learning management system and deploy our CRM, e-commerce platform, and website. We also required digital marketing management, including SEO, PPC, etc.

What were your goals for this project?

We had different goals for each phase, such as a responsive website for the college, and e-commerce store for selling our Microsoft online training program, and a CRM to manage leads.

The scope of the project was very large, so we set it up in stages. The first stage was the development of an informative website for the college, followed by the creation of a learning management system. Later on, they deployed a CRM and developed an e-commerce store. After that, they began the digital marketing phase.
