I'm the CEO & Founder of the company; I offer business, branding, and marketing strategy consulting services to passion and purpose-driven organizations.

For what projects/services did your company hire Enspire Creative Agency?

I hired Enspire to create a wordpress website for my client, LatinxEd

What were your goals for this project?

To bring LatinxEd's new brand positioning and identity to life. I worked with LatinxEd to help them transition from being part of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill to being their own independent nonprofit, complete with a new name, brand position, visual identity -- and now a website, thanks to Enspire.

How did you select this vendor?

I met the CEO, Adam, through the Returned Peace Corps Volunteer community -- we both served in the Peace Corps

Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.

I provided the background on the organization, a creative brief, the brand style guide, and assistance with project and client management. Enspire designed and developed the wordpress website -- 14 pages in English, and 14 pages in Spanish.

What was the team composition?

I first made contact with Adam, then Catia and Matt were our team, with Catia managing the project and most communications.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

The site is newly launched and has been well-received by stakeholders, including former and new affiliated members and board members.

The client was very happy with the site and the level of service provided. Enspire definitely met and exceeded expectations on this project. They did a great job with communication, the work product, were very communicative, flexible, and organized, and just a pleasure to work with.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I can see that Enspire does not have experience being a subcontractor and working with other companies rather than directly with clients, and they could have done a better job in terms of setting expectations upfront, being respectful, and communicating.

I could very much feel the difference in their communications and consideration with the client versus with me. In terms of overall workflow, there was one element of the project that fell behind, and Enspire requested feedback before it was complete without sharing their own consolidated feedback first.

Aside from these hiccups, Enspire did an excellent job managing the workflow -- they were highly efficient and communicative with the client, positive, adaptable, and extremely accommodating. They did an excellent job with project and client management, and I was able to take a very hands-off approach as a result, which I appreciated.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The project and client service and management was exceptional. They went above and beyond to be flexible with the client, accommodating, easy to work with, and just lovely. They did an excellent job handling questions in a thorough and timely fashion, especially toward the beginning.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have incredibly high standards for design; there were some elements of the web design that weren't fully thought through or purposeful. As mentioned, there was a hiccup with the development process which could have been handled better to make the situation more efficient for the client. It is clear that Enspire does not frequently subcontract or partner with other vendors often -- they can be more thoughtful and respectful in their approach and communications. Toward the end of the project, they became a bit less responsive and let things drag out longer than needed.

We didn't help improving our website speed, as well as developing a plan to receive a better SEO score.

What were your goals for this project?

Improve site loading time and SEO ranking.

Bexi, a web developer we previously worked with, recommended Enspire.

Describe the project in detail.

Enspire thoroughly went through our website, removed errors, and helped me learn how complete many skills on my own. These skills include, creating meta descriptions, resizing images for optimizing speed of the website, and a thorough keyword analysis to integrate into our website to continuously improve the SEO rating.

What was the team composition?

Adam Lawrence began the work, and I finished the project up with Sara Hoy.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our errors were removed almost entirely and our site speed improved. our SEO score improved and perhaps most importantly, I now know how to maintain these trends on my own.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective. Sara came to each meeting with an agenda, and very specific things we needed to cover and talk about. She also gave me plenty of room to ask questions, and followed up with additional research to ensure all of my thoughts and questions were answered.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

How willing they were to bestow their knowledge on to me so I could continue creating a great website.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I would have loved more YouTube videos on how to complete work, instead of just reading articles.
