Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Develop a key understanding of what it is our company is looking to provide clients with, evaluate the industry within Singapore and the surrounding region, and where we position against competition. It was wasn't just the understanding of our vision and mission, but of us as individuals as well to then build a brand that reflects our values. The design of the logo was incredibly carefully thought out, with several options presented, before then selecting the one we aligned to most and developing further. This was after extensive research on logos of others in the field as well as colour palettes. From there it was the development of our vision, goals, mission, building the brand meticulously and creating a deck suitable to send out to existing and prospective clients. This was all building the foundation prior to the development of our website. This approach forced us to slow down and really think about what we're building, but what works so well is this development going on whilst we continued to build our proposition through partnerships, investment terms, offices, staff etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Every step was one more closer to making our vision a reality. The thought and precision applied far exceeded expectations, and Tony genuinely makes the effort to fully understand the business, offering invaluable suggestions, and going above and beyond to the point where we will be working with him inevitably throughout the years for constant developments as we tirelessly and continuously improve the proposition for our clients in SE Asia.

Their timeliness, attention to detail, invaluable suggestions, and creativity all deserve a 5/5. It's even the areas where we wouldn't even think of applying attention, Tony is on the case. The feel of certain fonts/colours, attraction of clients, the research undergone all go towards a really solid branding that we're truly proud of.

Unquestionably, it's the attention to detail, going the extra mile, the development of not only tangible materials but also a solid understanding of our culture and our differentiators, and a genuine interest and eagerness to help us build what we know to be a unique proposition.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ensō Ink could have done differently?

Honestly, I'd struggle to think of any. We look forward to the continued partnership with Enso Ink.

We started by completing a discovery form, which helped me communicate my favourite examples of websites, as well as goals, that could help us get started.
They took a user-centric approach - they went on to do competitor analysis so we could understand further the space we were going into as well as identifying potential users. They came up with a persona, a brief, objectives, and technical investigation based on the functionality I required . Additionally, they took samples of key design elements from the various sources I shared and created a moodboard. They conducted Market Research which helped us identify our competitors. We moved on to create a distinct visual identity that stood out from our competition. They offered a completed branding proposal from logo to stationery. As part of phase one, they also created and played back, a completed Desing Foundation piece, which included a colour palette, fonts, and style. This was going to become the Desing Language, which would shape the website. As part of the product design they also developed a bespoke brand identity with a new logo.
After iterating, we agreed to proceed to phase two, which was Desing. Ensō Ink created the first prototype of the website for both mobile and desktop and sent it back to me for a review. The prototype was in Figma, and it was really easy to add my feedback. After iterating on the design, we were happy to proceed into development. They were flexible and allowed one round of iterations per phase. Once we went live, we monitored the website for a couple of weeks to ensure everything was running smoothly, which they did!

New clients contacted through our website. We can now attend exhibitions utilizing our new brand identity.

They have been very responsive and were happy to make adjustments and collaborate.
