I work at STARTUPONRISE which is a mobile-based collaborative paltfrom that enables partnerships between academia, entrepreneurs and investors to bring innovative ideas forward, spark collaboration, foster investment, for better deals and job creation

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire ENOUVO IT SOLUTIONS, and what were your goals?

STARTUPONRISE hired ENOUVO IT SOLUTIONS to develop a mobile application to allow end-users from anywhere in the world to share project ideas, collaborate, create and respond to prize contests. The goal was to have this platform in operation by end of 2022.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

It was a friend who refered me to this company.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

I knew what I wanted the platform to perform as functions and had a draft design that was prepared with the help of another specialist but it lacked a lot of steps and details. So when I met with Enouvo's team we pretty much started from the beginning, going through all steps, asking me questions to understand my requirements etc. The team always showed me the flow chart to validate before starting the development work. The project was completed in three or four iteration.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I directly worked with three individuals, but I know there were more people working behind the scene.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I had a built to test at every major milestone and all my comments were always addressed.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They collect requirements through zoom meetings, propose options, provide a flow chart and once it's validated they start the development, share the built for testing, collect comments and feedback, provide another built to test before deploying it for production.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team is very knowledgeable and very patient. They provided with a lot of great ideas and options that I would even have conceived They address all comments and feedbacks provided

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Everything went better than expected and I loved the end results.
