I am a Founding CEO at G.A.P Institute, a social enterprise to provide mindset and skillset training for the youth in Vietnam. We have served more than 25,000 individual students and 100 organization/ companies since 2016.

After 6 years of operations, we recognized that our brand and our digital marketing infrastructure needed a major revamp. The market was aware of us but they misunderstood about our positioning and products. Also, we wanted to move up to the premium segment and wanted to have a new brand identity.

We had worked with 3 other vendors and did not find it satisfying until we met Enosta. The leadership team at Enosta was amazingly helpful when they directly involved in our brainstorming and provided not only professional services but friendship and mentorship.

We started by a comprehensive audit of our brand and digital marketing assets. Then we worked together to have a full picture of the market landscape, especially learning the best practices from market leaders in both Vietnam and international markets. We then create a project timeline and a priority map so that we can allocate proper resources.

During this process, I really appreciate how flexible and willing to change Enosta is. They really know the pain points of a small startup like us. We then co-developed a good amount of new marketing assets, created new brand stories and values, and now are working on a new product launching.

About 6-7 of them. Among them, there was a senior leader to serve as as strategic advisor, another senior leader to work as a key account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the first month of 2023, we just hit 40% of our revenue target for the entire year. This is an amazing result. We also had a new brand identity which was highly appraised by the market.

As we have an internal Odoo-based ERP system, Enosta staff just log into our system to work as an in-house team. We also use other tools such as Google Spreadsheet, Notions, Figma, etc.

They truly want us to be successful and our relationship is not agency - client. We are partners in the real business.

We are very satisfied with the result. ENOSTA could transform all our message to the marketing content. Even the style of web designing is very same with our image.

I’m the import/export executive for Victory Joint Stock Company. We are a B2B company that specializes in exporting chemicals.

Our website was old, so we turned to ENOSTA to create a new website for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ENOSTA created a new website with a catalog of our products. They also did on-site SEO. We suggested the keywords that we wanted to rank for in our industry and their team went on to do some keyword research of their own.

We worked together from April–July 2021.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We have gained new customers since launching the website. ENOSTA implemented all of the changes that we requested until we were satisfied with the look and feel of the site. They were excellent.

They did well when it came to meeting the deadlines. We communicated through an online platform similar to WhatsApp.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I found them on Google and social media channels and I was literally amazed by how they performed their services. I was totally persuaded like, "I want Enouvo Space to be this nice, creative and inspiring!"

At first, Enosta started with branding to build a better version of visual for us on all of our digital platforms. We did have our own website, our fan pages but we didn't have the consistency.

Obviously, people can't remember us very well. So they helped us with logo, tagline, mascot and even social media template that is very helpful and easy-to-do for us to follow. Especially, they ran a special campaign for the Mascot, from which we gained a lot of engagements and new followers.

I can say that thanks to their suggestions, Enouvo Space's reputation and position in the Danang market was strongly determined. People especially our target audiences who are digital nomads, and entrepreneurs found us as an inspiring hub where they can come to work, live and collaborate in here.

Moreover, we're also invited to be filmed by some famous journalists who want us to share more about our special business model.

How did you select ENOSTA and what were the deciding factors?

We worked with Enouvo IT Solutions for developing the Smartos CRM and application, then they offered us Enosta Agency - another branch belonging to ENOUVO Group for web development and Marketing. We were so satisfied with Enouvo IT Solutions, thus there were no reasons to reject Enosta.

Enosta began UI/UX design and branding design at the same time to make sure it was consistent. They offered us 3 versions of the design with 2 of them absolutely pursuing us. Marketing activities were in progress right away when we chose the design option. It was impressive that they released the website within 1 month after the kick-off meeting and finished all tasks within 1 month and a half.

They had delivered an SEO- friendly website that brought traffic in the very early days. Combining with promoting Smartos on Social Media, Enosta successfully got hot leads in the first 2 months.

They supported us in many promotion programs that improved Smartos branding significantly such as representing the area to join Techfest Vietnam 2020 - the annual science & technology festival, Make in Vietnam 2020, or K-startups Challenges.

The communication was smooth because the roles were separated with clarity. We can discuss directly with the one who is in charge to make the work finish properly in the easiest way.

I'm the Marketing Director of KuuHo Joint Stock Company who produced an application named KuuHo. It's a community app that helps to connect people to local government and enhance social support when it comes to violations and dangers.

How did you select ENOSTA?

At first, I looking for 3 agents for 3 services but it's quite complicated and struggled in the working process to match my targets among the 3 companies. Then I found Enosta, which provides an integrated service that perfectly meets my demand. I found out that they are a tech-based company that understands SMEs difficulties and how tech-startups run their project. It convinced me to explore their portfolios and they are pretty impressive. So, yeah, that how we start!

Enosta started with branding to build a foundation to design the landing page and came up with marketing strategies. They helped me to design the visual identity (logo, mascot, color), the brand heart (vision, mission, values), and brand message (brand essence, tag line, tones of voice). They also offered a social template that we can easily reuse by ourselves. They provided a detailed content guide that includes customer persona, content types, and frequency. They also handled 2 promotion campaigns that bring a lot of users and social engagement.

I worked with 1 account manager, following her is a team with 4 members. Each person has his own roles so it's easier for me to catch up and clarify issues.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I love the mascot they produced and the brand core that perfectly present our values. It helped us to improve the image and reputation significantly. It even helped our company to be in the top 10 in a national contest. I really appreciate that! The number of KuuHo users was double increased after 5 months of working with Enosta. The social engagement in the 2 promotion campaigns was increased by 200%

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I was hesitant at first when working with a team of 5 members but it turns out to great after all. The working process was clear and totally unmessy.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were productive and devoted in the workflow. Even when we ended the contract, Enosta still supported me continuously.
