We used Upwork and selected Enkode after a series of interviews and reviews. We considered at least 10 companies, but we chose Enkode based on their great reviews and positive interviews. They also seemed to understand our objectives.

They created a web-based dashboard for our customers that included a secure login. The dashboard takes multiple sources of raw data and outputs reports.

We dealt primarily with their project manager and lead developer.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

We are in the early stages of implementation, but customer reviews have been positive so far. We have also used the online dashboard as part of sales pitches that have helped us to generate new work.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

They created multiple milestones with associated dates. Enkode used multiple tools, including Zoom, for meetings and teamwork. Despite our time zone difference, there were no issues.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We were new to this process and they made it easy. Our communication was great and extremely easy. The final product was fantastic and delivered on all our original specs. They also did a lot to optimize the process.

No, we’re completely satisfied.

Enkode Technologies has finished development. We can now launch the platform and start acquiring customers and achieving our goals.

The project ran smoothly from start to finish. The team hit nearly every deadline, and any delays came from outside circumstances. Our project manager ensured that Enkode Technologies finished all tasks, regardless of potential delays, as precisely and quickly as possible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was eager to help and highly responsive at all hours. We could reach out to our point of contact even late at night, and he’d be there for us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Sometimes time zone differences caused issues, but that was outside their control. We’re otherwise thrilled with our collaboration.

Enkode Technologies helped us with the development and initial launch of our online store. Dmitriy (CEO, Enkode Technologies) provided valuable advice on market research and drop shipping technology. He taught me how to configure the store, list products, and much more. They also developed a custom UI. I still consult Dmitriy when I need help from time to time.

We successfully launched our e-commerce site, allowing us to sell our products online. Our customers are happy with the site.

The program is in the last development stage and will undergo final testing soon.

Despite some ambiguities at first, the collaboration has run smoothly so far. All issues are typical of any project and were quickly resolved.
