Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a placement service for the dental industry in Ontario. We connect dental offices with temporary placement staff for employees out sick or on vacation. 

What challenge were you trying to address with enAct eServices?

I had a working site prior to our relationship, but it wasn’t accomplishing what I wanted.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They helped develop my website and make the necessary enhancements to improve the platform. The site appears very flat and simple, but they’ve given it the attention to detail to make it more intricate than it seems. 

What is the team composition?

I work directly with Vivek (CEO), and he coordinates the work with the rest of the team.

How did you come to work with enAct eServices?

I turned to Facebook to ask my connections if anyone has worked with a particularly impressive website company. Vivek commented saying that his services were great, and we ended up giving them a try. He was willing to show us what he was capable of, saying that we could terminate the relationship early on if we found they weren’t a good fit. 

We did a test project, and his delivery was amazing on that project from a cost and timeline standpoint. He delivered more than promised there, so we kept him on for the whole of the project. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $7,500 on their services. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve been working together since November 2018.  

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

He’s part of the reason my business has been able to grow at the rate that I’ve seen in recent years. The team’s level of intuition was very impressive. I’ve never had a company that’s been able to pluck an idea out of my head and translate it onto a screen. He’s been writing for me for a long time at this point, and I’m continuously shocked by how intuitive he is. 

How did enAct eServices perform from a project management standpoint?

They were always on time, and let us know if there are any roadblocks delaying development. We communicate through Skype and Facebook Messenger. We have a time zone difference, but they work to accommodate my work schedule. Similarly, I try to adjust my hours to encompass a part of their day. They’re willing to work later into their day to address my needs.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re an ideas-oriented team. When we provide them with requirements, they think critically about whether there may be a better idea or solution for accomplishing our end goal. They’re willing to make suggestions to improve the site in ways we didn’t think of. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.

You’ll never be disappointed while working with them.
