Our company has had an ongoing relationship with Empathy First Media to further assist our current clients high-ticket lead-generation efforts. Key deliverables include increased lead quantity, lead quality, and a decreased cost per lead (CPL). Another key deliverable is Empathy First Media's development of several WordPress and Shopify websites for our clients.

The return on investment (ROI) for our clients since working with Empathy First Media has exceeded 50% and higher. Due to Empathy First Media's marketing success we have an ongoing relationship with Daniel Lynch and his team for our clients.

Yes all deliverables are done on time and with quality. Empathy First Media uses ClickUp for their project management software, and that has made tracking deliverables easy.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The CEO of Empathy First Media, Daniel Lynch, is truly a pioneer in the online marketing space. He has an engineering background that fuels his expert data analysis. The ability to interpret data and dashboards is a skill that most marketing agencies lack.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Empathy First Media could have done differently?

Due to capacity they have had to turn some potential lower-ticket clients away, but this is the only negative I can think of about this agency. Their focus is on clients pursuing high-ticket lead generation.

We hired Empathy First Media to re-build our e-commerce website, re-branding, to improve our SEO, and to follow up with PR and Digital Marketing on social media channels.

A SHopify website created,  but not completed.

🚨 WARNING: Do NOT hire Empathy First Media 🚨

Our company hired Empathy First Media for website development, SEO, and social media marketing. It turned into one of the worst business decisions we’ve ever made.

• Unresponsive: They stopped replying to calls and emails for long stretches of time.
• Unfinished Work: What little they delivered was incomplete, broken, and nowhere near what was promised.
• False Promises: They painted a picture of professionalism and expertise, but absolutely failed to deliver.
• Financial Loss: We paid thousands of dollars and were left with a mess of a website and no return on investment.

We have since had to involve law enforcement and file a criminal fraud report. That’s how serious this situation became.

⚠️ Please take this as a warning: if you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from Empathy First Media. They will waste your resources, string you along, and leave you scrambling to fix their damage.

There are plenty of honest, hardworking marketing agencies out there—this is not one of them.

Unfortunate to say - but absolutely nothing.

They lacked communication

They lacked honesty

They lack professionalism

They are a fraudulent business. 

They took our money and did not provide what they promised.
