    We have developed an AI solution to parse the document to extract contents from it. The customer is from financial services domain. We have implemented this solution as a part of back-office automation. 

    About the solution: 

    > Cognitive solution powered by Computer vision and NLP techniques

    > Train the system with multiple document formats like PDF, scanned images etc. for

    different document types such as Passport, Social Security ID etc.

    AI Chatbot to handle HR operations

    We have designed this for a B2B enterprise focused on Information Technology Services in the USA. 

    It has the following functionalities:

    > Onboarding and Employee Exit Management- Bot will collect information over chat and fill in the forms

    > Leave Management- Employees can apply planned/unplanned leaves by having a casual chat. Finally, bot will process the approval.

    FAQs of the company and various policies

    > Reimbursements- Chatbot will interact with an employee and collect details. Finally, it will fill in the template and email to the concerned department

    > Payslips, Tax information, Salary Structure and Insurance related information will get shared on request over chat

    AI solution to measure operational efficiency for Restaurant Chains

    Business Need: The client needs a solution to analyse table allocation, customer inflow and outflow, the time gap taken for serving each customer, tracking abandoned objects and detecting hazardous situations.

    Our Solution: 

    We proposed a two-phase approach CV based data collection and analytics

    Data collection: Developed an AI solution powered by computer vision and deep

    learning techniques. It will track & analyse the following. 

    > Vacant period of a table

    > Lean period of a runner

    > Average engagement time period of a table

    > Video Analytics: Analysed a bunch of above mentioned similar operational parameters

    > Powered by deep-learning algorithms to track abandoned objects and detect hazardous situations like fire, loud sound etc.

    Advanced Data Analytics solutions for IoT based Air Quality product

    Business Issue: IoT based product company focused on pollution monitoring. They need to analyse the environmental factors which pave the way for high pollution levels. They need insights to provide the analysis reports back to the governing bodies and concerned authorities.

    Our Solution: We created a data network from the moving sensors deployed on vehicles and various locations within the city to constantly monitor

    pollution and environmental factors. Our solution is powered by the AWS platform.

    We will store the collected data from various sources in the S3 bucket. Then extract raw data stored in S3 bucket using python and boto3. Extracted data from s3 bucket is cleaned and stored as a data frame. We will push it to Amazon Redshift. Finally, an API will also deliver back to the client in order to access this.

    Benefits for the client: From this structured and cleansed data, we can derive meaningful insights to develop analysis reports. We develop Power BI based dashboards to visualise the data and insights.

    I’m the CEO of Max Stack Labs, a web/mobile blockchain development company. I oversee our client and media relationships and technical vision and strategy.

    We needed data analytics and business intelligence dashboards in relation to an environmental IoT project we were working on for one of our clients.

    What were your goals for this project?

    We needed to structure pollution data and deploy an API to create a visual intelligence dashboard that could be monitored by different business organizations.

    SOLUTION

    How did you select this vendor?

    My team selected the vendor based on a technical interview and a review of their previous work.

    We began with a series of discovery meetings and technical sessions to identify our data cleaning strategy. Data from different sources is stored in an Amazon S3 (public cloud storage resource) bucket for cleaning. They extract the data using Python and Boto3 (Amazon development kit associated with Python). The data is then put into a DataFrame structure and pushed to Amazon Redshift for advanced analysis. They also use AWS Cloud9 and a Postman API.

    Our main point of contact is their CTO. There's a team of data scientists working on the project.

    Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

    The first phase of the project is complete. We’re satisfied with their team’s work so far.
