I wanted to have a website where users could search for traveling packages that match their preferences and their budget best. For example, they can apply the following filters: place description, activities they are interested in, type of accommodation, budget, and many more, and our AI assistant will make a search according to the filters that the user applied and provide them with the best packages. 

The packages include a description of the place and explain why it is the best for the user's choice.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

They designed and developed an AI-based traveling and tourism website matching modern standards. We were very satisfied with the quality of the job. The website is very user-friendly and fast (these are the two main features crucial for our business). During the process, we made some changes that were easily welcomed by the Squad team.

I can't say anything negative about the project management and the overall development process. They have a very organized and professional team and project manager. The communication was very simplified and she was always available for us during the working hours. They pay attention to the details and are very client-oriented (they hear your ideas and if there is a need to somehow tailor it to the modern standards they make those suggestions).

I'm a general manager in Ecoway company. ECOWAY is a new company that opens the industry of eco market in Egypt. The company is established in Egypt in 2020. Founded by foreign investors with experience in eco business development, it incorporates several successful ideas and strategies that are completely adapted for the local market and the Middle East.

For what projects/services did your company hire Elite Dev Squad ?

The project was about creating the most advanced online store for all kinds of commodities. It was needed to have many user types, each with their specific permissions and accesses for the most efficient management and accurate distribution of responsibilities. The website had to have all possible payment integrations which are prominent in my listed markets and also map integrations with added interactions for comfortable identification of locations and delivery options. The online store had to work with referral systems as an important condition.

My decision was based on positive feedback and after being in touch with them we established a perfect mutual understanding. I am satisfied with my decision.

My contact person was Norayr, who was the lead developer. We were in touch with Slack, design was implemented in Figma, everything was organized in Jira and they were showing me every step very responsibly. We never had delays or late implementations, everything was being delivered in time and even earlier. Norays had a huge experience and I was always impressed with his solutions and work management. Norayr's approach to the project was very detail oriented and I truly enjoyed working with his team. He was always responsive and most importantly he knows how to behave professionally with his clients.

I worked with Norayr directly, I believe the designer’s name was Arpy.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I had very high demands for Elite Dev Squad, and I was happy with the outcome. Everything is smooth and functional, design is incredible.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Every monday we had meetings where Norayr was going through the list in Jira. We started from implemented ones during the previous week, and what is expected to build and test for the current one. Our connection never was disturbed or interrupted, he was even in touch during weekends which was very pleasing and needed sometimes.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Norayr's attitude to work, his professionalism, responsibility, responsiveness, communication skills, sense of discipline, and I believe this refers to all his team.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I’m the CEO and founder of an online fitness platform where users can stream Pilates/yoga fusion workouts.

For what projects/services did your company hire Elite Dev Squad, and what were your goals?

My project was to create a website which can have an educational purpose for Yoga audience, instructors can register their classes of yoga instruction by editable terms for users, and users can have access to them under requested circumstances set by instructors (such as paid or unpaid subscriptions, subscriptions, etc). The website also needed to have a possibility for “live” classes, where users can join the room with instructors and follow the yoga classes online.

We also needed to have options for creating and collecting groups as yoga courses and they would have windows for communication and exchanging files of different formats so participants can exchange documents, pictures or music files to each other if needed.

I know my vendor from partners based on positive feedback and recommendations.

We constantly organized meetings with lead developer Norayr and project manager Maria to understand all the structure of the project from A to Z. After they provided an organized project plan in Jira, in our meeting they clarified all the sprints and I liked that they offered a variety of solutions with their pros and cons to specific areas of the project so I can choose. Project map was built in Figma and I can tell the UI/UX designer put an impressive amount of attention and speed to every design peculiarity.

We were moving according to the figma and Norayr with Maria were always keeping me up to date related to the tasks we had. We had meetings every monday afternoon which were dedicated to completed steps for the previous week and estimation for the current week, and even on holidays Maria and Norayr were very responsive and responsible. Connection was kept via slack and daily we were exchanging important messages. But I want to mention that even out of working hours we were in touch via whatsapp so I am thankful for Norays responsiveness.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The project was completed recently so I don’t want to be too optimistic but so far throughout all the process team never let me have any doubt due to their working ethics.

We had long meetings every monday afternoon which were dedicated to completed steps for the previous week and estimation for the current week. Connection was kept via slack and daily we were discussing technical questions with Norayr. Even on holidays Maria and Norayr were very responsive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Besides the technical and managerial part of the work which was meeting my expectations I am still quite impressed with fluency of English level as we have never had any misunderstanding but even quite enjoyable discussions. Even out of working hours and holidays, we were in touch via WhatsApp. I am thankful for their efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
