I own an IT company. I provide various eCommerce one stop solution. I provide various services to sellers across the world. I help them grow their business selling products online on various market places like, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart and many more.

For what projects/services did your company hire Elinsys?

I was having one Magento 2.0 based ecommerce website to be designed and developed. I found Elinsys a very professional company, owner and a senior employees are just so professional. They have completed the project within budget and time line very efficiently. I just want to say any website project, ERP, Cloud based project, just talk to this company. They will make it happen.

What were your goals for this project?

My goal was to complete this project within budget and timeline. But they work beyond this, they also added their knowledge and delivered extra add on and added pluses to the project, which I liked more.

How did you select this vendor?

I was looking for many companies and reading their company reviews, as well as having meeting for my Magento project. But, this company, when I met a director, he has versatility in terms of communication, managing project and especially managing time. As we say TIME is MONEY.

As, I have already mentioned, they have worked hard and smart to complete the Magento 2.0 based Ecommerce website.

What was the team composition?

Mihir, he is one of a kind. He is a senior project manager. Here, heads of to him. He managed project very well and one person communication which I have demanded at the time when I given the project to the Elinsys.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Data security well maintained by Elinsys. Plus, the research they have done for this project without adding any extra budget. Well, as they have many projects to run, in that situation I was under impression that it will be not managed, the way they have done. Just great JOB they have done.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I think, I never needed to monitor the whole part, but I guess, pretty well managed by them.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Oh, a lot. International level communication, well project management, time and cost management, risk management, case study. They understood what I wanted, which was impressive. Many company do fail to cater this part.

Are there any areas for improvement?

One suggestion, If they can develop and ticket based or chat based application to manage various client. I thing they can have some effective internal tool to communicate with various clients.

I am running an Advertising agency. We are dealing with many vendors for our client's Out-of-Home advertising. it has been 6 years I am running this company. We are acquiring media buying from all over the country from various sources.

I would like to take my company to a new level. I want to have a portal where anyone can inquire for hoarding and book it with us. We want to integrate all vendors' inventory in the portal and want a complete CRM for vendors as well.

What were your goals for this project?

I wanted to have an easy way for novice users who can easily search and filter their option. Our target is local business owners who are our target market. We wanted to build a portal that has CRM for vendors and front-end for the users where they can search, track, book and manage their spending on out-of-home advertising.

How did you select this vendor?

Our team was looking for a vendor and check online. We found Elinsys, after reviewing their profile, we asked them for work and they created a proposal for us. We have a proposal from the other two more companies. But after reviewing in detail and couple of interview process, we decide to go with Elinsys. They were certainly not the cheapest but the team with the best solution for our problem.

Describe the project in detail.

As I mentioned we like to create a portal for online media buying. Now, media buying online is a bit difficult as the real challenge is to manage multiple vendors and ask them to give live data.

So we want to make something very easy for our vendors. And of course something very creative and useful for our users. There is a backend for super admin, there is a vendor backend and there is a user login as well.

What was the team composition?

We have been assigned a team of 4 members. One project manager and two technical developers. There was one designer who was responsible for UI / UX and designing of backend. We are in touch with the project manager on a regular basis.

During document phase, there are daily meetings for brainstorming if needed. And during development phase Project manager was in regular touch with us for the project progress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project took around 3-4 months to complete as it was delayed for the data from our side. Development was done on schedule within 2 months of work but later we make changes in the CRM of the vendor. We decided to make it changed completely so that took time for the development.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was extremely fine with the Elinsys. We are getting regular updates and whenever we asked they are available for meeting and give priority for our work. They are very flexible with their approach and accommodate our multiple changes even after approval.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Support. That is a single word to mention it. The most impressive thing about Elinsys is their support. I have done a project with another company in the past and I can see the difference between the two companies. Their understanding of the project is commendable and they also suggest new ideas for the project which are essential for the success of the project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Improvement is essential for any project or team. But I have seen they improvise during the project as well. Project delivery was as expected and given intimation if there is any change in delivery.

We develop integral and holistic solutions for legal finance and services industry. Our flagship product Moebius software with modules ranging from document management through corporate, legal, compliance to workflows, leads and more is used by wide range of businesses.

We hired EliteInfoWorld for two projects: design and development of online sales tool for a prestigious Marina development company and for design and front-end programming of mobile applications fro Android and iOS

to design apps / web applications according to specs and in a timely manner.

We found EliteInfoWorld through a Freelance web site.

Under our project management and supervised by their team leader, they followed a fast paced development schedule according to agile methodology. The end customers and Moebius team were also involved in quality assurance and polishing of the UI and code.

What was the team composition?

The team had several people, from this the most important were the team leader, customer contact representative (who organized communications with everyone involved) and two head developers for mobile and web.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

Project was completed on time, any issues discovered later have been fixed immediately. Both communication and work process were very professional, with only positive to report.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management was done very efficiently and at high standards. Even sharing the project management between our two companies was easy and always constructive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The politeness and eagerness to perform at high standards was impressive. Problem solving and managing changing client requests was done in a very professional manner. Custom web application quality was up to level with any international provider.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There is very little to improve, but some better documentation of work, code comments and written specifications would improve the quality of the work.

I have been working with the hospital sector for years and got an opportunity to work for this hospital's website and mobile application and contacted Elinsys for the same. I have been a hospital's work as an IT consultant since 20109.

We have been working with this team since 2011 and worked on many projects with them. Hospital's new website and mobile application need new features and it was targeted for international clients.

What were your goals for this project?

We would like to finish the project in 3-4 months, where we have to work on a website with huge content and mobile application with new unique features. So we want something that appeals to both national and international clients.

How did you select this vendor?

We have to search for the right partner since we have started and come across Elinsys team for a small project first. When they gave us a satisfactory result and we decide to stick to them for larger projects as well. I must say they have the best team and after-sale-support.

The project is for a website and mobile application for one of India's largest hospital-based in Mumbai. We have a huge content to pile up and many departments and doctors. We have to add new features that we worked out.

What was the team composition?

There are a total of 7 developers, designers are involved in the project from wireframe design to website design and backend development. We have a defined team while we plan the project with the Elinsys, so there is a pre-defined team so there wasn't any addition of the team member during the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We get very good feedback from the hospital for the final result of the project. We not only able to get a good and improved result in SEO but also get good feedback on the mobile application. 

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow and understanding were very smooth through the development cycle. We are getting timely delivery and demo. They are taking an approval before moving forward for the next step.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their support was impressive, not only during development but also after we completed the work.

I don't find any lack of communication or quality of work.

Overall, we’ve been impressed with the site’s performance. We’re able to generate additional revenue through the sale of online advertising using tools and features they built in.

What was the business challenge that you were trying to address when you approached Elite Infoworld? 

It's very competitive to do business in India. We wanted to get a partner that is reliable, gives quality work, and is flexible is very important, and that's why we were looking for someone to partner with.

SOLUTION

Can you talk about the scope of the project? 

The scope was to design a complete online website along with a backend that would allow them to manage major aspects of the site as well as creating mobile apps to seamless integrate with the website. 

What was your process for selecting Elite Infoworld? 

The main difference is how their team analyzed my needs and came up with a solution that was acceptable to us. Most agencies quote without understanding the need of the client, and then increase the rates. For us, arriving to the exact scope was very important, and Elite Infoworld did that. 

When was the project completed?

The project was spread across four months and was completed on time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the results of the project, and are there any metrics you can share?

The client as well as our team was very satisfied with the way Elite's team has performed. Our page views increased 75 percent on a month-of-month basis, bounce rate fell below 30 percent and is consistently around that figure.

The team at Elite consistently performed as per my expectations that one should have from their technical partners. They raised the right questions at the right time, did their due diligence, and always came up with ideas to make things easier from a user perspective. You do not see that in Indian agencies.

What distinguishes Elite Infoworld from other providers?

One thing that I liked about Elite Infoworld was their questions came before embarking on a module of work. Most people we have worked with, they wait until halfway through the project or module and then say "Wait a minute. This seems difficult" but, with Elite, they thought about the ramifications before embarking on something, which is why they stood out. Their communication was fantastic. If there was a bug, they would get on it right away, instead of expecting you to send an email, or raise a bug report. 

Looking back on the project, is there any area that they could improve or you would do differently? 

I think they covered all the points when it comes to my expectation

What advice would you give to a future client of theirs?

The advice I would give someone is go for these guys. They know what they are doing and they deliver on time at a very reasonable price.
