Design for Tariffs
We reduce your landed cost by avoiding tariffs. Components from China will remain best value for the next 10 years, so we design around those. We make molds and do pilot runs in China to make sure everything consitently fits and works as expected. Then we ship kits of components to our manufacturing facility in Colombia for Final Assembly and Test (FATP).
We design mostly embedded electronic devices around STM32, PIC32, Bluetooth from Nordic (NRF), and WiFi from ESP32. We designed our own Embedded Linux SOM. Many devices wirelessly connected, Internet of Things (IoT), and we also make manufacturing equipment.
We protect IP by doing the design and prototyping of the complete device in Taiwan and Colombia and doing Final Aseembly in our own ISO certified facility in Colombia.
To market FAST, you need to avoid having to do things twice. The only way to do that is through early supplier involvement.
Our B2B clients stay focused on sales and software, and we take care of the complete design and manufacturing of electronics they can rely on. Projects start at $150K in production value.
