I hired ELECMORE because our platform was starting to struggle as we grew. We work with ESG data sustainability reporting and innovation tools and our system was not keeping up. Pages were slow some workflows were confusing and adding new ESG standards was becoming hard. My main goal was to make the platform stronger faster and ready to scale. I also wanted cleaner software that our team could easily maintain without breaking things every time we updated something.

ELECMORE worked on the core software of our platform. They reviewed our existing system first and pointed out where things were weak. After that they rebuilt some parts of the backend improved the logic for ESG data handling and helped clean up the frontend experience. They also worked on performance fixes bug removal and better integration between different modules. Another big part was making the system flexible so we can add new sustainability tools and reports in the future without stress.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After ELECMORE came in the platform became noticeably faster. Load time improved and errors dropped a lot. Our team spends less time fixing bugs and more time building new features. We were also able to onboard more clients without system issues which was a big win for us. Clients gave better feedback and we saw higher usage on the platform which tells us the changes worked.

Their project management was solid. They shared timelines and mostly stuck to them. When something needed more time they explained why which I appreciated. Communication was simple and clear. If we had questions or changes they responded quickly and adjusted without making it a problem. It felt very collaborative not rigid.

What stood out to me is how well ELECMORE understood our mission. Sustainability and ESG is not simple but they took time to learn it. They did not just code blindly. They cared about how the software supports real impact. They also explain technical things in plain language which helped me as a CEO make better decisions.
Are there any areas for improvement or something ELECMORE could have done differently?
Overall the experience was positive. If I had to say one thing it would be that some early planning could have been a bit more detailed especially around long term features. That said once we gave feedback they improved quickly. It was not a major issue and did not affect the final result.
Working with ELECMORE has made our software more reliable and our growth easier. I see them as a long term partner for our technology needs.

ELECMORE worked with us to plan and build a custom internal platform. This included a dashboard for tracking inventory in real time, automation for order processing, and a system that pulled data from different tools we were already using. They also built custom reports so management could see what was selling and where issues were coming from. They handled backend development, integrations, testing, and helped our team learn how to use everything.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
After launch we saw fewer inventory errors almost right away. Order processing became faster and our team spent less time fixing small problems. Reporting that used to take hours now takes minutes. We also noticed less back and forth between departments because everyone was looking at the same data. Overall it made day to day operations way smoother.

Project management was solid and easy to deal with. They gave us clear milestones and kept us updated without overdoing it. Most things were delivered on time and if something needed adjustment they let us know early. When we had questions or wanted changes they responded quickly and explained things in plain language which I appreciated.

What stood out the most was how well they understood our business challenges. They did not just code and disappear. They asked real questions about how our team works and built solutions around that. They also stayed flexible when priorities shifted which always happens in a growing company.

At the start there was a bit of time spent aligning on exact features and workflows. That is pretty normal with custom software but a little more upfront documentation could have helped speed things up. Once things were clear the process moved much faster.
Overall, I am happy with the partnership and would work with ELECMORE again.

What was the scope of their involvement?
ELECMORE has been helping us with component selection, pricing, PCBA design, manufacturing guidance, smartphone app, and embedded development of the device's software. The team has completed the first version of the smartphone app and the second version of the embedded software. Moreover, the PCBA design has been manufactured and is currently in user testing.

We've been working with one teammates from ELECMORE.
How did you come to work with ELECMORE?
I found ELECMORE on Upwork. I trialed out several engineers, and ELECMORE had proven project experience with a variety of hardware devices, including several similar BLE devices.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent about $10,000, although a portion of that has been for component and manufacturing costs.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with ELECMORE in January 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The initial prototypes and smartphone app meet the designated user stories. After we receive user feedback, we'll move to production.
How did ELECMORE perform from a project management standpoint?
ELECMORE's project management has been upfront and transparent. Although we've had some delays, some things have taken longer than expected. For example, our manufacturer has been far slower than promised, I've made a lot of changes, and we've run into a delay in receiving the correct kind of 7-segment components. In this industry, I think one should budget for unforeseen time to be needed. We communicate via Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I've been impressed with the ease of working together with ELECMORE.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I need ELECMORE to be a bit more proactive when the timeline changes. However, this has improved after I've brought it up.
