The project entailed a total revamp of our website -- re-design, new copy, new imagery, new interfaces with Google Analytics and our CRM (HubSpot). Elandz helped us conceptualize a re-design, develop a schedule and then execute the design and plan.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Elandz hit every deadline The project was slow to be completed, but that was on us, not Elandz. We took longer than would have been ideal to get from the beginning to launch, but Elandz hit every deadline and worked with us at our pace to meet intermittent deadlines. The end result was a very attractive new website that meets the objectives we established for the project at the outset.

Elandz does a great job managing projects like ours. They develop a budget and production schedule, keep you informed throughout the process by anticipating your information needs, and execute adjustments and changes in a timely and efficient manner. Their online revision platform, is easy to use and it allows them to quickly turnaround change requests and adjustments.
The project manager for our project, was excellent. We really enjoyed working with him because we found him to be courteous, competent and highly professional. We never once felt like we weren't his top priority and that's saying something given the number of projects he probably manages at any one time. All in all, we had a great experience with Elandz and highly recommend them.
