We're Tala Group of Companies LLC, and we provide services in various sectors, including real estate, automotive, and development. I'm the general manager for our division in the automotive industry.

What challenge were you trying to address with EL89 Studios?

We needed help with web design and social media marketing. We were mainly focused on engaging with the local audience.

What was the scope of their involvement?

EL89 Studios first designed and developed our website from scratch. They continue to update our site as needed. 

Currently, EL89 Studios manages our Facebook and Instagram accounts. We have an agreed-upon number of posts each week. The team designs graphics to post and manages our video campaigns. In line with that, they've put together video clips featuring our work and our showrooms.

What is the team composition?

We primarily coordinate with a project manager, but we also work with their design and a marketing team.

We saw their previous projects. They came with different proposals, and we selected a package that suited our budget and requirements.

Our yearly spend is $25,000.

The project started in March 2019, and it's ongoing.

They report the responses and impact of each campaign they do, and we've received great feedback from our customers. EL89 Studios genuinely understands our market and what we need to do. Overall, we're very satisfied with their services.

We're happy with how coordinated they are — they meet deadlines and are very quick to respond. They've created a reasonable timeline based on our needs. We have a marketing calendar that spans an entire year and details our expectations. 

In terms of communication, we use email and phone calls. The team keeps us in the loop every step of the way and regularly reports the outcome of each campaign.

What did you find most impressive about them?

EL89 Studios has excellent ideas. Since they have clients within our sector, they have a good understanding of our customer base. The level of correspondence they provide is fantastic, too. Overall, we're delighted with the team. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their designs are good, but the video clips could be better.

We recommend them to business owners who have a limited budget for their websites and social media efforts. EL89 Studios can match all levels of requirements.
