First, a business gamification platform is a custom game-like software that helps companies enhance teamwork and productivity, while engaging employees to be more autonomous, driven, and focused on achieving goals. This is the main purpose of a gamification SaaS. We just added FUN as a goal for ours.
Gamification can be applied even for the most serious businesses in the world and for either big or small teams – everyone, even as an adult, is captivated by games and rewards, about friendly competition.
Any employee, partner, or collaborator will become instantly excited and driven when you face a challenge and think of the rewards for your hard work, talent, use of teamwork and courage. And the easiest way today to do that is by gamifying your business goals, marketing efforts, internal management and communication, your work volume and projects – anything that needs a boost and a meaning that matters to your people.

Club Wow
This is a huge project we’ve been developing for over two years now. And it’s as exciting, challenging and amazing as it promised at the beginning. The Club Wow team wanted to make something spectacular with their platform for Photography, Live Streaming and Video on Demand for its users around the world, something that would help thousands of people share their moments of shine.
The presentation part of the website was done with WordPress, as usual. But the rest of the platform – actually, the platform itself – was custom built from scratch, using PHP and MySQL.
The clients have all the necessary logistics to go to major international events where they can take pictures and videos with the performers, then to upload them all – our work involved the smart mechanism through which each photo or video is matched with the performer, based on different information like a dancers list for that particular event and the exif data of the multimedia.
This real-time sync is made possible thanks to a complex work behind the scenes, based on a custom algorithm, keeping the server alive and kicking.
The platform offers other important features like events calendar and social media traits; the users can order photo printing while being at the event; in near future, the platform would resemble social media platforms, meaning that users can register and create a professional profile that could be later shared as links with different people like recruiters or managers or anyone interested in working with them.

The Crama Budureasca Project - Presentation website and online shop
Designed and developed by eJump Budureasca is a Romanian premium wine brand that won prestigious awards for their high-quality products, so their online presence had to become a relevant digital story to share with the world. Our job was to design and implement the new website for this brand that would engage the audience and tell an inspiring story. But this web project was more than a presentation website, having included the online shop also. There were many pages to design while keeping ….. plenty of functionalities and animations, too, along with subtle effects to highlight a minimalist, modern and also vibrant look & feel, in line with their tradition, their exquisite products and a strong offline presence.

24Software - Web Design & Development
We were really glad when we heard about revamping the looks of 24 Software, a software solutions company located in Bucharest.
The “makeover” is now completed and, honestly, it’s a visual pleasure. The difference between the initial design and the actual design is so substantial. This is the result of a long time spent working and changing some things to get to the best version, but also the result of a job greatly done, a lot of creativity, patience and sparkling minds.
See the project here: https://ejump.ro/portfolio/24-software/

Kinect-based app & web and mobile app for Faurecia
What we do for this client implies interactive video presentations based on different scenes and games – all animated and built into a Kinect-based app. So it’s not just about designing and programming.
Being a major global player in the automotive industry (right now, Faurecia has over 300 sites in 35 countries!) for such a long time and having a passion for innovation, they decided to transform their workplace safety rules into interactive series (who doesn't love games, right?)
Moving on to our part of the job. They sent us the graphics and our team of designers and coders had to bring them to life through animation and awesome technology – which they did. The client was so satisfied with the first version that he requested to work on the following series.
See the project here: https://ejump.ro/portfolio/faurecia/

The Nutella App - Web App Development
This is the second fun app we developed for this internationally popular brand called… Nutella – thanks again to Mind Treat Studios agency.
Our coders – the same ones who worked for the first app for Nutella – had a similar technical challenge, obviously, but a more complicated one. This time, behind this app is still a complex mechanism that not only have to remember and keep the combinations used by each user for both personalized labels correctly (name, category, design, color), but also to allow him to make changes whenever he want during the design process. So our guys developed another interesting algorithm in order for the app to run smoothly and make the process fun for the users. 100% code!

In order to help high school students to pass their graduation tests KFC turned their free Wi-Fi into Wi-Fi tests. You could access the internet only if you answered a question of a high school test. If you didn’t know the answer to the question, the app would help you find it.
KFC wanted to support Romanian educational system by introducing Wi-Fi tests for students in order to help them study, so we took advantage of our web development skills in PHP, MySql and the beloved WordPress and built this impressive app for their campaign that had a booming popularity.

Unirii View Website Development
A a full width, full responsive, mobile touch friendly and one-of-a-kind presentation website we developed to present a New York style project: the first class A office building in downtown Bucharest. Also, the soon-to-be third tallest office tower in the very heart of the city.
There was a particular interesting aspect of the entire project: the vertical responsiveness. It’s not your regular kind of responsiveness for a website, and involved some hard work and a real attention to details.

Mobile App Development for Vehicle Management Company
''They feel like they’re part of our company.''
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the business development manager at a transportation company.
What challenge were you trying to address with eJumpDigital?
We needed to accelerate the development of our mobile apps to reduce the administrative effort and to have a better way of working for our customer support.
What was the scope of their involvement?
We've been working with eJumpDigital on iOS and Android mobile app development; the app's purpose is to add transportation requests for different types of cars. Each user or general manager who wants to place an order from an existing account site can use it and add transportation requests, airport transfers, or local and city transfers.
What is the team composition?
We've been working with a project manager and a development team.
How did you come to work with eJumpDigital?
We’ve worked with them for more than 10 years now. Our company had a unique relationship with them on other services in the past. As soon as we moved in this direction, the cooperation happened naturally.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent around $30,000 with them so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Since it’s been such a long partnership, they feel like they’re part of our company. Also, their understanding of our requests and way of work is very high; it’s very easy for us to challenge them, but they always meet our expectations.
They delivered the mobile app in less than four months, and we have very good feedback from our customers regarding the UX.
How did eJumpDigital perform from a project management standpoint?
The project manager uses a disciplined approach to drive the team to produce quality results, which is important. In addition, we have daily standup meetings and demonstrations every two weeks, and if needed, they show us the progress sooner. Regarding communication, we can interact with them very easily; we use Asana and Google Meet.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I like their approach to understanding the services we want to have. They feel like they’re part of our company because they know our expectations very well.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don't think there's anything they can improve on — they’re solution-oriented, and I can’t complain about them.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Engage with them; as soon as they say yes to a project, you know it will be according to your expectations. They have a clear vision from the start, and they understand how to develop the best solution.

- To inform policy-makers, by producing independent, rigorous metrics and data-based research.

- To host and co-organize events and conferences on the above isues affecting human-centric sustainable economic prosperity.
For what projects/services did your company hire eJump Media?
Portulans Institute was recently founded by 2 colleagues and myself. eJump was hired to develop our main organizational site and the site of our first report, which for over a decade had been published by the Wolrd Economic Forum.
What were your goals for this project?
To set our work apart from other think tanks in DC by achieving a user-friendly and helpful website to the global policy community focused on ICT impact. Be published by mid-December setting a tight deadline for the whole team, especially because various pieces were being created at the same time by my team.
How did you select this vendor?
Through 99Designs
Describe the project in detail.
Two websites: www.portulansinstitute.org and www.networkreadinessindex.org
What was the team composition?
From my side it was myself, making sure my 2-partners were in the loop, and our data scientist who needed to support content production for the sites. From eJump Media, there were at least 4 people. My main contact was Raluca Stegaroiu, with support from Bogdan Chis.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They made me look good in front of my senior partners. Even under a lot of pressure, I felt confident the projects were being executed with very high standards. I felt supported every step of the way and we were able to launch both websites on the deadlines.
The websites were really well received by our target audience, and eJump supported me after delivering the websites in making some updates needed.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The project manager assigned for our 2 websites projects was incredibly professional, communicative and organized. She was flexible and patient, working with me through a complicated process where lots of content pieces were being produced at the same time eJump had to develop the sites under tight launch deadlines.
They were available and good-humored in odd hours (we had 7 hours time difference) and went above and beyond my expectations regarding communication clarity and time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their professionalism, high standards and the feeling that your success is their success. Great partnering work!
Are there any areas for improvement?
Potentially use dropbox and not 99Designs for archive exchange. But at the end of the day, all communications were wonderful and effective.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the assistant manager at Implement 24Software, a software solutions company. We provide software development and infrastructure services on premise or cloud-based.
What challenge were you trying to address with eJump Media?
Our team was in charge of the backend development for a big client, which was a cloud-based end-to-end fuel management platform for the shipping industry. We needed a simple, seamless UX and help with frontend development.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They help us with frontend development. The platform is designed to offer access to real-time data, analytics and report tools, and to help buyers manage the entire procurement cycle for quick decision making.
Backend integrations and features have been built by our in-house team, then eJump Media developers are in charge of building a rich interface that can connect them. They also work on data visualization that are education tools, using jQuery, Node, and Angular.js, and take care of the ongoing maintenance.
What is the team composition?
They assigned 3-4 developers to work on the platform on a daily basis, with a dedicated project manager. They worked remotely from their office.
How did you come to work with eJump Media?
We contacted several development teams and put out an RFP to identify the most suitable options. eJump Media proved to be the most compatible with our team in terms of expectation, values, and their quick and transparent proposal.
How much have you invested with them?
We've spent $300,000–$500,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in 2016 and the work is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They're a reliable team, always working on the weekend if requirements or urgent tasks demand it. They're willing to help and provide support whenever we need it, and describe in detail what they worked.
How did eJump Media perform from a project management standpoint?
Our teams are coordinated by our dedicated project manager. They use agile methodology and have daily scrum meetings, constantly staying connected. They use communication and management tools that simplify the workflow, allowing them to solve any issues on the fly.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their ideas were smart and well thought out, right from the start. They’re a reliable team.
Are there any areas they could improve?
It's sometimes hard focus on preventing technical difficulties due to occasional disruptions in the workflow, such as when a new coder was brought on board. That's normal in a long-term project though. A few offline brainstorming sessions could prevent these challenges and strengthen our collaboration; there could be more communication.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
No.

Web Development for Service Provider
"We have the same values as eJump Media ... They are great at delivering what they promise to deliver."
the reviewer
the review
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
We are a service provider for advertising agencies. We offer web, mobile, and Internet of things solutions for engaging the customers of the brands being managed by advertising agencies. I am a co-founder and the new business developer of the company.
What challenge were you trying to address with eJump Media?
We had development resources in-house for mobile, unity, Kinect, internet-of-things, and so on, but hadn't created any web solutions. There are many technologies in this area, and my co-founder thought that it would be too much space to cover. Web can be very simple or very complex, but, because we offer extensive solutions to our advertising customers, we won't know what kind of project could come in for the web. We needed a partner who would be experienced enough and have good technology skills.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Our advertising agency partners are developing containment websites for final clients. We have outsourced anything connected with web technologies to eJump Media.
One of the websites eJump Media worked on is Bariatrie.ro, which is a Romanian website about gastric surgery. The design came from our partner agency, and we handled project management. eJump Media implemented those designs. It features animations consisting of a circle timeline, which was quite challenging to implement, especially when rendering in smaller resolutions.
eJump Media can use AngularJS, HTML, CSS, PHP, and Java for the backend. We decide what technology will be used since the client simply wants the campaign to be done and only provides input in terms of Linux versus Microsoft servers.
How did you come to work with eJump Media?
My co-founder knew eJump Media from social interactions. We chose them based on the previous relationship.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our first project with eJump Media started in June 2013.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
For me, the collaboration has been working for the last four years. We have the same values as eJump Media, which goes beyond the fact that we're both Romanian companies. If we need a website developed in two weeks, eJump Media will accommodate us.
How did eJump Media perform from a project management standpoint?
I usually work directly with eJump Media's co-Founder, Radu, but our developers will interact directly with theirs. eJump Media is open in this sense, and they have recently hired a project manager. I am happy to work with that person as well since it can make communication smoother. Many clients will initially want to work directly with developers, but, after seeing that the work isn't very organized, they will prefer a project manager who can sort things out.
I have had to push them a little bit, and remain directly involved, but eJump Media has never missed a deadline. From our point of view, we set out very difficult tasks. For a more organized client than us, maintaining the schedule would not be a problem.
What did you find most impressive about eJump Media?
They are great at delivering what they promise to deliver. We are one of their biggest customers, and we can be very demanding, but eJump Media has managed to cope with the pressure we put on them.
Are there any areas eJump Media could improve?
The project manager hired by eJump Media has been a huge step for them. I've mentioned this to them many times. Developers will test their own work, but a project manager will ensure that the project runs smoothly. I look forward to being able to send a product to customers without having to test it. Having an in-house project manager on eJump Media's end will take this pressure from our shoulders.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the VP of marketing for Omni Resources. We’re a technology consulting company based in Wisconsin.
What challenge were you trying to address with eJump Media?
We were under the gun of launching a new website. We had been working with a design partner, and that relationship fell through. We needed a new partner who could jump in and work very quickly to meet our aggressive deadlines.
What was the scope of their involvement?
As a technology company, we needed a strong online presence. The goal of our site is to generate inbound leads. The site serves as a central hub for all the marketing efforts we do. It was a very important initiative for the company, and it’s had a lot of business impact.
We used the HubSpot platform, and eJump did the design for us. They didn’t have HubSpot development expertise at the time, so I had secured another developer. They provided us with Photoshop files, which I gave to the developer, who then implemented the site. Because of their backend knowledge, they were able to build it in a way that allowed for that implementation. From a user experience perspective, they painted a vision of what that would be like.
How did you come to work with eJump Media?
I’ve worked with them on three projects in total. The first time, we had discovered them through 99designs, which is an online crowdsourcing design site. I had a good experience on that first project, so I reached out to them when it was time to do our new website.
How much have you invested with eJump Media?
We paid in the $5,000–$7,000 range for the design portion.
What is the status of this engagement?
I first reached out to them in mid-March of 2016, and we needed to launch the site by April 19th of that year. We literally had a month for both the design and development. Within a couple of weeks, we had done the design for all the pages. They were very responsive and great to work with under aggressive deadlines.
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?
The professionalism and the polish of their design really enhanced our brand. They’ve helped us set the tone and raise the bar for our image in the marketplace. We’ve had new people join the team over the last year, and they’ve told us that the site made a very positive impression. Their work has definitely helped us, and it continues to make an impact on our business.
How did eJump Media perform from a project management standpoint?
They are very responsive. Even though they’re in a different time zone, we got into a good working rhythm. I knew there would be an update from them every morning. I was able to communicate with them right away and give them additional guidance. I was then set for the day and knew they would continue working on it. I also knew I would have another message the next morning. They are very reliable and dependable. When you’re under the gun like we were, being able to count on them is priceless.
What did you find most impressive about eJump Media?
I really appreciate how quickly they got started. After kicking off the project with them, I had something to revise within a couple of days. It might not be a final design, but I had something to respond to and start the iteration process. I haven’t gotten that from other vendors.
I really appreciate their collaboration tools. They make it easy to provide feedback on their designs. I’m sure there are a million tools out there, but the one they selected works very well for our collaboration. I can click on a particular spot in the design and write comments in a pop-up box. I don’t have to do a lot of explaining, which reduces the time on my end.
Are there any areas eJump Media could improve?
I’ve never spoken with them on the phone, it’s all been electronic communication. I don’t think that’s been a hindrance in any way, but it’s sometimes nice to put a face and a voice with a name. I think the value they deliver for the price is incredible and off the charts.
