Feedbe
Efficy created UI/UX design for web widget Feedbe
Feedbee is an all-in-one web feedback widget for QA engineers that allows gathering feedback and suggestions across the entire customer journey. With Feedbee, it is easier to collect, analyze, and sort the feedback-based insights to further implement the needed changes and improve the website experience.
A user-friendly widget interface doesn’t take up a lot of screen space. The consistent and subtle color palette with vivid accents in tandem with minimalist and functional design make it easier for users to stay focused on their tasks.

COMO
Efficy created the concept of an interface for a mobile application COMO. It is an IoT application for temperature control. It allows to monitor the temperature in different rooms and to track the level of energy consumption to maintain this temperature.
We have developed a simple intuitive interface representing the main functions of the program: connecting a new device, device location, energy consumption diagram, etc. We chose the minimalist design for the easiest and the most convenient use of the application.

CopeCart
Our cooperation with CopeCart contributed to a range of usability refinements of the service functionality and new feature designs.
CopeCart is an online-based platform that offers automated solutions for selling digital and physical products and services. The company’s mission is to simplify online commerce.
With the mobile application, users can access all the dashboard’s functionality and harvest all business-critical insights. We used a minimalistic approach to reduce the visual noise and help users focus on the main KPIs. We located most of the navigation elements at the bottom and made some interactions gesture-based, making app usage fast and pleasing. Together with the product stakeholders, we implemented gamification in the app to keep users even more engaged when running the application.

Our team created an elegant, sleek, and polished app design that puts coworking members at the heart of the brand.
The website with bold typography, well-considered colors, properly used accents, and photography – all these elements roll out on the intersection of website and user experience and help the brand stand out.

Efficy did visual communication and brand positioning.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Our partners recommended that Efficy do good UI/UX, so I can prove this and recommend them to others.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We contacted Efficy as soon as we started implementing our marketing strategy. Our goal was to set ourselves apart from competitors and get clear visual communication and brand positioning. We wanted to get rid of the "startup company" label, which often comes with white and generic vector illustrations, overused by major companies in this industry.
The main stages were:
- Research & analysis - researched our target audience, the company's stakeholder’s insights, and developed a detailed image of the buyer persona.
- Defining tone of voice - built a communication strategy.
- Creating visual identity and brand elements.
- Researched and defined the basis of the brand identity – the color gamut. All graphic elements were made to resonate with the brand values to strike the right chord with the target audience.
- Website design.
- Marketing materials design.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
Chocolette Confectionary is a producer of low-calorie chocolate.
What challenge were you trying to address with Gram?
We needed help with our packaging and other designs.
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve produced designs for our new products, done redesigns for new markets—including work on 3D packaging—and worked on marketing material like booklets, leaflets, and displays. We use them for all our design work, and the latest project was a design for a new chocolate bar.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with Oleksand (Creative Director, Gram) and with my client manager. I also know a couple of the designers from their team.
How did you come to work with Gram?
I’d worked with them at my previous company, in Ukraine. They did great work for them, creating designs for crackers and other products, so when I came to my current company, I invited them to work with us.
How much have you invested with them?
We spend €30,000 (approximately $34,200 USD) per year.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in January 2018, and the collaboration is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The collaboration’s been excellent, and we’re still working on new projects. Their work is usually very creative, and they’re able to understand what I want to see as the final result. They deliver and it’s sometimes even better than my expectations.
How did Gram perform from a project management standpoint?
We use Skype regularly and they reply to me very quickly. I always know when they’ll deliver the work. Our deadlines can be difficult sometimes, given that we enter new markets and there’s a lot of technical work associated with that, such as packaging in other languages. Gram usually delivers very fast, and they always do their best.

I like their 3D work, the quality of their work, and their creativity.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They do their best—I can’t think of any improvements.

UI/UX Design for Smart Logistics Company
"Our project went smoothly and we don't have to say something twice."
the reviewer
the review
The client submitted this review online.
Please describe your company and your position there.
I was a CEO of a Smart Logistics company headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia
For what projects/services did your company hire Efficy?
We were developing a Software Product for very conservative global market. So we needed clear and distinct brand identity for all our external communication. From another hand we needed super simple and intuitive user interface for our apps. Mainly because our users were mostly 45+, sometimes 60+.
How did you select this vendor?
This was direct referral from a friend who worked with them before.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
First they gathered a lot of information about what perception do we want to cause on people. Following that they developed 2-3 alternatives of how our branding (logo, landing, printable materials, business cards, emails, ppt presentations, ...) could look like and what message it can communicate. We selected one. Following that they finalized brand book and delivered it to us with a number of various templates.
Next stage was the UI/UX design of the platform under development. It was an iterative process as it involved several iterations with user feedback. The platform had two main modules: web application for freight forwarders and android application for drivers. Main challenge was to make drivers' app simple as a lot of drivers were not using smartphones before that.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
One UX designer was completely integrated into our development process and two more designers joined during peak times but not full-time.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Everything UI related was done by them. Everything from the logo and brand book to every single page in our web or mobile app. The biggest success of the UX designer I think was drivers app. As after several iterations it became very simple and intuitive. And we almost had no issues with onboarding drivers. And some of them never used smart phone before.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
It was very smooth. They were good drivers. Which was important as we were very busy at that time. later on we even integrated UX designer into our daily routine, so he became a part of our team.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Our project went smoothly and we don't have to say something twice.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Probably yes, but who am I to judge :)
Efficy delivered clear and well-structured Figma mock-ups, allowing the company to implement the overall structure easily. As a result, they constantly received positive feedback from leads on demo calls. The Efficy team did an excellent execution of a complicated project.
