The label design perfectly captured and conveyed all our intended values.

The website and social media designs were also well-executed. Coupled with prompt, clear communication and timely deliveries, the project overall was a complete success.

Most meetings were timely, focused, and productive. While there were a few fluctuations in delivery timelines, but again deadlines are always arbitrary, and quality of work is what truly counts.

The design team demonstrates both humility and strong capability in their work. They approach feedback with an open mind, viewing criticism as an opportunity for growth rather than a setback. Their ability to receive, process, and apply constructive input reflects a professional maturity that contributes significantly to the quality and refinement of the final outcome.

Are there any areas for improvement or something The Editor Suite could have done differently?

While the label design was executed exceptionally well, capturing the brand’s essence with precision and creativity. There is considerable room for improvement in the website and social media teams. Enhancing their execution, attention to detail, and alignment with the brand vision will be essential to ensure all touchpoints consistently meet the same high standard set by the label design.

I'm the founder and fashion designer of Kugo, a clothing line in India.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Editor Suite?

I needed help designing a website. I had a crazy idea that wasn’t very general in the market, so I wanted someone who could help me put my vision into reality.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Editor Suite is designing and developing my website from scratch. I already had some designs in mind, and I showed them a PDF. We did some back and forth, and the team is developing the website based on those designs.

The Editor Suite is also helping me with the UX design using Framer. I want the website to be simple, so we’re playing around with the placement of the search bar and the collection bar. The team is helping me find the best way to do that.

What is the team composition?

I work with three people from The Editor Suite, including a developer and a designer.

How did you come to work with The Editor Suite?

I spent 15–20 days looking for the right team. I usually searched online, but one day, I was scrolling on Instagram and found The Editor Suite. I liked what they had done for their clients. They offered A to Z services, and it looked very professional.  It looked very officially done for a brand, so I think I wanted something like that.

Many teams in the market weren’t willing to take the challenge and do what I wanted. However, The Editor Suite was willing to give me all the time they had to help me achieve what I wanted. They also fit my budget, so I went ahead with them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around ₹ $55,000, which is approximately $650 USD, on their fees. The total cost, including other expenses, is around $800–$900.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The Editor Suite has done a good job. I like that they’ve been able to understand what I wanted and execute it. There’s no limitation on feedback, and they’re always willing to make changes. I feel that my website actually stands out in terms of placing the terms and conditions and all those things.

How did The Editor Suite perform from a project management standpoint?

The Editor Suite listens to my feedback and amplifies it as soon as possible. If we get on a call, they’ll have the changes done by the next day. We communicate via Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The Editor Suite is the only team in the market that’s willing to experiment. They can turn my crazy ideas into something more practical and user-friendly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The designer takes a little while to understand my vision. The development part is great, but they can work on the design, layout, and aesthetics a little more.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Collect all the references you have, including the colors, layout, and fonts. It’ll help The Editor Suite get going. Creating a demo version of what you want your website to look like will also help them.

The structured guideline reduced design queries and improved workflow efficiency, enabling faster campaign execution and stronger brand identity.

Their response is good. However, the timeline has been pushed beyond what was committed in the beginning. We primarily communicate via Zoom calls.

They developed a complete brand identity, including a personality archetype, moodboard, logo concepts, color palette, typography, and final logo files. Deliverables included a one-page stylesheet, business card, letterhead, 20-25 page brand guidelines, and five visual mockups. Additionally, we designed a disposable menu, takeaway packaging (bag, sandwich box, coffee cup with stickers), and a set of five brand stickers.

It was lead by Vaidehi - one of the co-founder , though their could be some technical things where I felt should have discussed directly with their developer , it created a bit of communication gap because of which their was a bit of delay. Though thier other co-founder Ishu was always there to put things on the right track. Things were deivered on time , they accepted many changes which our team kept on askin them to do in website & were ready to give assistance for future if needed.
