The project was very direct- we wanted to build a website and transform the old website which was very basic in terms of online marketing and no SEO to a developed responsive website. edirect was fully responsible for everything from start till end, they gave us an online marketing plan and ensured to stick through each milestone. We received double web traffic in its website history of 25 years.
What was the team composition?
There was an account manager, designer, web developer, social media manager, PPC manager all were provided from edirect collaborating with our teams.

In all projects, Rudy (Founder, E Direct) is only a phone call away. He has a great understanding of the goals that we want to achieve as a business. From an advertising perspective, Navid (Head of Advertising, E Direct) has so much knowledge around online advertising and always knows the best methods to meet our needs.
Our SEO strategy is looked after by Sean (Head of Marketing, E Direct), and his team has consistently overachieved. Charlotte (Web Project Coordinator, E Direct) is my project manager and gives me complete reassurance that every project is on track. If things go wrong, Charlotte is the first to react. She’s always one step ahead of the game.

They’ve been instrumental in increasing our online presence by developing websites with the bespoke functionality that we required. The added functionality has allowed us to speak more with customers, thus increasing our bottom line.
