We wanted to revamp our existing website and used edict's services to get the desired results.

What were your goals for this project?

An updated, responsive, multilingual website that would rank us high on Google and generate more traffic to get more sales. Making awareness of our presence globally.

After a careful study of all the vendors in our region, we chose edirect because they are trustable, Google premier holders and their proposal fit our requirement. They were very transparent in their offer.

The project was very direct- we wanted to build a website and transform the old website which was very basic in terms of online marketing and no SEO to a developed responsive website. edirect was fully responsible for everything from start till end, they gave us an online marketing plan and ensured to stick through each milestone. We received double web traffic in its website history of 25 years.

What was the team composition?

There was an account manager, designer, web developer, social media manager, PPC manager all were provided from edirect collaborating with our teams.

We had double traffic and our inquiries increased overtime. We were very pleased with the results.

We used Google Analytics to keep track of all the reports generated and received monthly reports from edirect on time for progress.

We’re a group of five financial companies under one umbrella company. As head of marketing, I’m responsible for delivering all online activities for the five separate companies.

Our goals were simple. We wanted to increase the quality of our existing websites, add new websites to our portfolio, and increase the online usage of our websites.

E Direct has brought our websites up-to-date with modern designs that are fully responsive. The team created new websites that fully explain the work that we do. They’ve also added functionality to our sites to enable customers to interact with us.

What was the team composition?

In all projects, Rudy (Founder, E Direct) is only a phone call away. He has a great understanding of the goals that we want to achieve as a business. From an advertising perspective, Navid (Head of Advertising, E Direct) has so much knowledge around online advertising and always knows the best methods to meet our needs.

Our SEO strategy is looked after by Sean (Head of Marketing, E Direct), and his team has consistently overachieved. Charlotte (Web Project Coordinator, E Direct) is my project manager and gives me complete reassurance that every project is on track. If things go wrong, Charlotte is the first to react. She’s always one step ahead of the game.

Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?

They’ve been instrumental in increasing our online presence by developing websites with the bespoke functionality that we required. The added functionality has allowed us to speak more with customers, thus increasing our bottom line.

Through engaging with E Direct, we’ve reduced our web development spend by over 50%. This lets us engage in more projects than we had previously, and we’ve seen a massive uplift as a result.

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

Project management is always on point, and it very much feels like we’re in safe hands with E Direct. When issues come about, the E Direct team drops everything and doesn’t stop until the issue is resolved.

There are a lot of impressive things about E Direct, but the three things that stick in my mind are the quality of their work, their competitive prices, and their ability to understand our business.
