I’m the office manager of Domenick Bulfamante & Sons, Inc, a full-service landscaping company.

What challenge were you trying to address with eCuras LLC?
We needed to revamp our website and social media platform.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They handled the development and design of the site. We had a website already set up, but they redid the whole thing, from wireframes to launch.
They also redid our social media, taking great pictures through photoshoots (including aerial shots with drones) and uploading pictures of our projects that we sent them. They work on Facebook and Instagram for us, writing content and posting it.
We get a monthly report letting us know what they’ve done and shows us how they’re helping us in Google search rankings. Other deliverables included a look-book, which we show to customers.

I’m not sure how we came across them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent between $10,000–$50,000.

We worked with on the website from January until April 2019, but we still use them for social media.

I’m the CEO of a robotics company. We developed smart robot tutors to promote learning for K-12 students.

What challenge were you trying to address with eCuras?
We were looking for someone to develop a really robust website and provide digital marketing services for us.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They designed and implemented our website, pretty much from the ground up, with a few parts that were imported from our old site. Most of it was custom designed. The e-commerce component is completely new; They added pages with facts about the product, the team, and all the traction we’ve received.
They’re also doing a lead generation campaign for us through LinkedIn. It’s our first foray into the marketing services agreement we’ve entered with them.
What is the team composition?
We work with two members of their team.
How did you come to work with eCuras ?
They were recommended by someone who was working for us at the time. They mentioned that they were really good at creating dynamic websites, so we reached out from there.

We’ve invested approximately $7,000.

We began working with them in January, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen improvements in terms of website traffic, conversion, click-through rates, and several other factors. It’s with that success, that we decided to further engage with eCuras on SEO and the LinkedIn marketing campaign.
Internally, everyone really likes the site.
How did eCuras perform from a project management standpoint?
Working with their team has been super easy. They’re very amenable to using different platforms to meet. We do video calls and screen-shares so we can look at things together and really be specific about what needs to be improved upon.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I think one of their best traits is that they are very responsive, which is hugely important since this is a public-facing platform. They usually respond to our questions or concerns in just a few hours. In fact, they’re typically already addressing the problem when they get back to us. Their responsiveness has been a tremendous lifesaver because we’re a very young company, and are constantly adding and changing things on a regular basis. We appreciate that they’re capable of making changes quickly. Their level of support is really just priceless.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think one of the things they could improve on is giving us more involvement from other parts of their team. It would be great to have contact with more technical members of their team who can more directly answer our questions about SEO, for example. It might save us a little time and provide more insights for me, as a CEO. It’s not a huge drawback, though, since my points of contact have been great at communication.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
We’ve been super happy. My advice would be to get on the phone and talk with them about your requirements, and your plans for the next several months or years. Talking with them on the phone, hearing their ideas, and looking at their mockups were what sold us as a company in the first place. They pretty much sell themselves.
