Online shopping Ally oversees all of our digital operations on Facebook and Google, with a focus on search advertising. We launched a Performance Max campaign in March, and it has emerged as our best-performing ad in terms of return on assets. The account was somewhat disorganised when they first took control, with a complicated structure that required restructuring. Everything was completely redesigned and reorganised. They have since launched additional campaigns and made use of Google's whole ad inventory.
Our primary focus on the Meta (Facebook) side is on traffic advertisements and Dynamic Search advertisements (DSA). Additionally, we've been able to reach a larger number of consumers using GDN (Google Display Network) advertisements, particularly during peak campaign periods. We have just begun testing with location-based advertisements,

Particularly during the busiest periods for exam applications, the outcomes have been really encouraging. In terms of the general performance of the account, we've observed a monthly growth in sessions of 6% on average (December at 9.9%, January at 0.1%, and February at 6.3%). Our ROAS has also increased, averaging a 15% rise (including a 45.8% leap in December, an 11.9% boost in January, and a 12% surge in February). Monthly revenue growth has averaged 10.3% (December: 21.3%, January: 7.6%, and February: 5.7%). Furthermore, we have seen an average drop in our CPC (Cost Per Click) of 18%, which is wonderful for our budget (17.8% reduction in December, 0.2% reduction in January, and 18.9% reduction in February).

My executive assistant is gradually taking over more and more of the day-to-day administration of my company's operations, including research, calendar and email management, social media content creation, customer relationship management, newsletter creation, and more.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our operating expenses were reduced as the Ecommerce Ally team handled all of our back-end functions, including order processing, inventory control, and customer service. The staff is very responsive to messages and readily accessible to assist with customer service inquiries. They understand the business and have strong communication skills. In the end, we also worked on managing Amazon, and they assisted us with the entire process of launching my items on the platform. Right now, Amazon places a lot of orders for us, and they handle everything.

We engage on all of our work together using a messaging app and an online task organizer, and we meet once a week. Everything went smoothly.

Ecommerce Ally handles the execution of our emails, from design to delivery. They maintain order and fulfill all deadlines. When we run into problems, they debug and offer strategy advice.

Because Ecommerce Ally is handling the implementation, our email process operates considerably more smoothly, allowing us to concentrate more on the finer points of our higher level approach. When issues emerge, Ecommerce Ally also assists with troubleshooting. For instance, Ecommerce Ally put out a lot of effort to resolve a problem we were having with photos not loading in emails when other resources gave up.
