I’m the brand manager of a prefilled communion cups manufacturing company. Communion cups are used throughout the world after prayer meetings and on Sunday services by Christians. We’re located in Dallas, Texas, and we do well in the US.

What business challenge were you trying to address with eCom Managers?
We wanted to sell the communion cups on Amazon, so we contacted eCom Managers for our Amazon account. We initially did the work, but we weren’t savvy with it, so it wasn’t working.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
eCom Managers are Amazon experts. They do all my Amazon posting, advertising, and listing. They also create our FBA shipments, and their delivery is fast. They solve our problems there and then. Even in non-working hours, when we have an urgent crisis, they come forward and help us.
They handle my USA, Canada, and UK accounts. Soon, they'll handle our other business accounts.
What is the team composition?
They’re a team of 45 people, but only two of them take care of our account. One is the account associate, and he takes care of our day-to-day affairs.
The other one is Hamza (CEO), the account manager. He’s always cross-checking everything. If there's any mistake by the account associate, he corrects it immediately and gets back to me.
How did you come to work with eCom Managers?
I searched for Amazon experts on Google and contacted the first one on my search. They were a big disappointment. Then, I found a site called Upwork and created an account. I dropped the job request for an Amazon expert, and people started contacting me. Upwork had good reviews and people with more experience.
We shortlisted four companies and had a face-to-face meeting with them. We zeroed down to eCom Managers because they were prompt, knew what they were talking about, and understood our problems.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $800 so far on the project. We started with a small amount, and it has slowly increased.
What is the status of the engagement?
We began our partnership in April 2021, and we’re still working together. This will be a long-term relationship, so we don't intend to leave them. We have a few more accounts and businesses coming up.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve had an increase in traffic on our account, which has increased our sales. When we hired them, we were doing around $800–$1,000 a day. Ever since we started collaborating, we do more than $5,000 a day.
They’ve really helped us in these six months. Their team always lets us know what is right and what we should do. They’ve supported and guided us; eCom Managers is the right backup team for our company.
On the other hand, the Amazon site hasn’t met our full expectations, but we’re happy. No magic can happen that fast. We’ve already seen a drastic change, but the best is yet to come. We’re sure we will achieve that in time. Results are showing now, and we’ll soon have a review, so they’ll have a good pay.
How did eCom Managers perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve performed really well. We work together, and I always have an eye on the account. I tell them what to do, and they do it. eCom Managers is an amazing supporting team. They know their job; we don’t have to tell them how to do it. They just let us know when it’s done.
These past few months have been awesome. They’re organized, and their team takes care of all our Amazon accounts. In summary, they're always there when we need them. They reply immediately to any query we have, no matter how small it is. eCom Managers has never asked us to wait or said they'll get back to us.
We mainly communicate through Skype because it’s always open and we can chat there. We’ve also used phone calls. We’re free to call them anytime, and they’re always there to answer.
When there’s a big job, we sometimes do video chats to make them understand. Although this has happened on rare occasions because they’re so good that we don't need to video call them.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We love how prompt they are. Promptness and getting back quickly are crucial traits for us because we need support when we’re working. In that sense, the team is always on standby, even during off-hours. They’ve helped us whenever we’ve needed something, and we’re very thankful for that.
Additionally, their knowledge of Amazon is also outstanding. That's why we don't have to bang heads with them. We just tell them what to do, and it’s done.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I can't think of anything. We’re both are growing together, and they offer an excellent service.
Any advice for potential customers?
Work with them as a team, not as outsiders. There are so many Amazon experts in the market, so you have to select the one who is good at what they do. Since the beginning, we were convinced that they were the people we needed, and we’re very happy with them.
Moreover, they’re both professional and personal. They take care of your job, so be nice to them and don’t be overly commanding.
