Ecom Crux was hired by an e-commerce business to manage Amazon listings and the entire amazon account handling, Main task is expanding the business. Also, their responsibilities are handling the client's customer support services, creating content, PPC Handling, Category Approval, Product Research, and sourcing from China.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I had tried four different agencies for the past few years and none of them could deliver on what they promised and I lost a lot of money. However, I have found Ecom Crux and they have been a game-changer. My business is doing better now, I have full freedom of the time, my account Manger Rafay has been phenomenal, He talks with me regularly about my business updates.

Well, it’s started with the product research, then category approval and product sourcing, Content writing, PPC, and video ads, meanwhile they get reimbursement for amazon errors, and now they are helping my second product launching.

We have daily conversations about the project plus weekly brand meeting calls where we discuss our strategy and tactics. We communicate via Skype. I have instant access to any member of the team. We can call or text them as well.

I like the way they are working, the most impressive thing they do in meetings is to communicate in order to remain on the same page, They have weekly plans and monthly goals.

I’m completely satisfied.
