BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm an owner of a boutique mental health practice. We specialize in individualized and consistent care of our clients. We work with children, teens, individuals, families, and couples to help them with mental health needs.

For what projects/services did your company hire Eco Web Design, and what were your goals?

Website design. Goals to drive more traffic and have a clean vibrant look to our site that matching our brand.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My partner recommended Dave. Some factors were cost, ease of communication and follow through. Ease of scheduling/ call to action.

Website design, this can be helping pushout videos, blog posts, etc. Create a login for therapists to access our information.

1. Dave is our main contact, he owns and runs the website design business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Dave is extremely responsive. Dave follows through with the tasks and requests and is also a great problem solver. If there is something I want but might not be possible, Dave will let me know but at the same time try new things to make it close to what I'm looking for and it I am pleased with those results.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Dave and I use email and phone calls to discuss what the website might need. Typically we uses timelines for every task. I know when it will be done. Depending on the request, sometimes that day, with in minutes or if a longer project a week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Dave is so hands-on and is so quick. My communication style is a sprint and then stop. Dave rolls with that and understands I might not be able to respond as quickly as he can. He is always giving new ideas and thoughts to the website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is a tough question because if we have anything that we would do differently we talk about it. Dave is quick to let me know if there was a mistake/ or miscommunication. So any issue is so minimal and dealt with so quickly, it is a nonissue.
