Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the president of a mortgage solutions company. We’re small, but we have five offices and have a national reputation.

What challenge were you trying to address with EB Media?
We first dealt with Erik (Owner) about five years ago when he created our website. Since then, our company’s image has grown.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
The website was created from scratch for banks and clients. Over the years, we’ve gotten busier. Even during the pandemic, we’ve been steady.
Back in July, we had a digital initiative that involved Erik working on the website and performing a few digital marketing services for us. For digital marketing, they assisted with Google Ads and Facebook, promoting our services.
What is the team composition?
Erik has been in charge of the whole thing.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with EB Media in the summer of 2016.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The collaboration has been amazing. Everything worked out very well. Within a month of the site being live, our sales increased by 40%.
How did EB Media perform from a project management standpoint?
I’m not a tech guy, but they’ve been extremely patient with me. They’re able to blend the technical aspects with the root of my business. For communication, they’re great. They’ll email me on Sundays and evenings.
I admire the transparency. Even if there’s a problem, we can easily discuss it. I respect that they let me know about it, and I have the confidence that they are working to resolve it.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I appreciate their personalized service. They take the time to find out the client’s product or service. Their customer service is by far the best.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I don’t think so. It’s all been very good.
