I'm not sure. I don’t handle that side of things.

More and more of our patients are saying they hear about us through the Internet, so their work definitely is having a positive impact on our business.

How did Easy Street Marketing perform from a project management standpoint?

They are always available and reliable. If there are problems, Joel works to fix them to keep us in the position that we need to be in.

What did you find most impressive about Easy Street Marketing?

I feel comfortable with Joel and have always found him to be consistent and tenacious. He follows through on tasks and he’s always there when I reach out to him.

Are there any areas Easy Street Marketing could improve?

It would be nice if we could get monthly updates on the progress we’ve made.
